All 293 rooms including suites will be 100% non-smoking. In addition, all public areas will also be smoke free. Getting there:From Coolangatta Airport Take the Gold Coast Highway north through Surfers Paradise. Take the Waterways Drive Exit and turn left at Seaworld Drive and enter the resort driveway. From Brisbane International Airport: Follow the M1 Highway south and take the Southport Exit #62. Follow Smith Street and turn right onto GC Highway. Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive. Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort. From South: Take the Gold Coast Highway south through Biggera Waters, Labrador and Southport. Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive. Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort.
Check-in Procedure:Guaranteed check in time is 3.00pm. Photographic identification is required upon check in as well as a preuthorisation on a credit card or a cash deposit of $400 per night to cover incidental charges and unused funds will be returned upon departure. Effective the 6th February 2012, 1.5 percent fee applies to all transactions settled by Credit Card.
Car parking:Complimentary undercover self parking is available to all hotel guests. Valet parking is $15 per day.
Child Policy:A maximum of two children using existing bedding in some room categories is permitted. Ocean Premium rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (including children) only.
Nice welcome with lovely reception staff. Room a bit hard to find with long corridors, lifts and walkways but ok. Room was large and had king bed but very dated (gold taps etc very 80"s). Lovely pool and again service. Id stay again as its so convenient for lovely shopping, restaurants etc. Hotel could probably do with a bit of a makeover but still nice, lovely pool and location.
yet again another fantastice holiday. the staff remembered who we were and gave us some tips and advice as to best use the resort. if you want to stay somewhere and have it all in the one spot this is your place.

Very enjoyable stay. Friendly, helpful staff. very expensive food. the shower in our room was terrible.
We reserved 5 rooms as a Christmas treat for my staff and all said what a lovely time they had and how much they enjoyed the hotel and it facilties
exceptional pools, lobby, restaurant and all other facilities but rooms were a little dated. although did have spa and plasma tv were a little small and old. overall well worth staying adn recommend

We were delighted with this hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely relaxing outlook over the pool and palms. The evening buffet was excellent, fresh tasty prawns, crabs and oysters in abundance along with a range of other dishes to tempt the most discerning gourmet. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short.
i found this resort to be outstanding in both service and quality.food was fantastic bar staff particully good(oyster bar)and being just out of the hussle and bussle made it even better.a must stay resort.
We tried to view a Movie & found audio impossible to understand.Also the picture very,very,very poor.After 10 mins stopped.At departure we reported the pathetic situation but no offer of refund.Fraud really !! The free to air TV picture was excellent.Staff wrote down our complaint & said they would pass it on.
Hotel needs upgrade on Rooms and On resturant Menu. Still execellent place to stay.
A wonderful hotel at the upper end of Gold Coast facilities. Beautiful decor and great pool. Pricey, but worth it for special occasions.
We found the service & facilities to be excellent.
The room infrastructure is getting old... bath shower head/pipe cause very loud noise... The TV should upgrade to LCD at least...
Fantastic hotel - the best on the gold coast. Caring service, large rooms, stunning facilities including nearby gym. Two divine residents in the form of two beautiful WHITE swans. Fantastic buffet breakfast which includes muesli, berries, pastries, fruit, cheeses and cooked........ The only one thing you need to be aware of is that it is a little isolated with regard to the razzamataz of Surfers and Cavil Avenue. It is NOT walking distance , so you need a car or need to cab it. BUT if you want a break in a luxurious Hotel - then it is superb!!
Had an enjoyable stay at the Sheraton. The grounds and pool area were wonderful. The white swans are a nice touch. Benchtop and floor in bathrooms are in need of a facelift. Cost of Terraces Restarant a bit excessive at $82 a head and (first lot) oysters were less than fresh. Breakfast was extensive but also expensive at $42 pp (glad it was included in room rate).

The rooms are a liitle tired and 80's for the price in peak time,is in need of a refurbishment.The breakfast is great,however in room dining is very expensive and average.
Sheraton Mirage Resort is close to the main city centre but without the hussle & bustle. Great place to unwind with a variety of restaurants close by, whether it be in the resort or across the road at the marina. You have the option of staying by the pool or walking to the surf beach behind the resort. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. It accomodates for singles couples and families. Looking forward to going back with the kids
