Everything for us was perfect. For foreigners, like us from, New Zealand location was everything. Advice; buy a JR line rail pass and use it around Japan using the bullit train for day trips south and north then use the ticket for JR line local 'ring trains' that stop under the hotel then the last day use the same ticket for airport at no extra cost. Save heaps and more that makes up for the hotel highish cost.
For the price I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Super clean and convenient to get to by what they call a "limousine bus" which is a shuttle from Kansai airport for about $18. It's short walk to Osaka Castle and they have a department store next door. Highly recommended.
Good location in terms of access to the Airport Limousine buses. Free internet comes in handy. Overall, the hotel looks quite worn and tired though.
Good location and clean environment.Staffs are very helpful. Will recommend everyone.
Great service and exceptional value for money. The room was too warm and the air conditioner did not work but we were provided with a fan. Next to trains, subway and airport bus interchange so that was very convenient. Local shops too for food, dinner, shopping etc. Great breakfast.
Good location, next to a great department store and train station plus Limousine bus direct to kansai airport. Expensive to use the swimming pool. But it is a beautiful pool.
Great location and very friendly, helpful staffs. One of the best hotel in Osaka that provided such a high level of services at a bargain price.
Great location close to metro and JR train lines. Airport luxury coach stops at the hotel so transfer is very easy to and from the airport. Swimming and fitness facilities are all at an extra charge and not included in the room fee - very expensive to use.
It was very fine!!!
2 adults n 1 toddler stayed 3 nights at premium King Room, very spacious n quiet, like it even better than the room in Hilton in Umeda. Its definitely a bit out from central area but is compensated by direct connection to Kintetsu line (which brings u to Nara in 35 min) n subway, Airport limousine at the door n a big food market in the attaching department store. Recommend it for young families who need room space n acessibility to necessity services more than nightlife. Staff also speak perfect english.
Free Newspaper was very helpful for me.
Great location, little pricy. Would stay there again.
this hotel was a last minute booking on my last trip in Japan. what a great suprise to be housed in such a convinient location. the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had activities planned for our night on the town. thanks very much!
Exceedingly comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
The location is excellent as the airport bus stops right at the hotel and the subway system is in the basement. Service was great with a super breakfast. Will defintely stay there anytime we are in Osaka.
great international standard hotel. rooms were big and clean. the service of the people was great....english was very good. the only down fall is that if you were planning to take the subway to visit kyoto / kobe / nagoya, etc. the walk in the subway is quite long 10-15 mins to catch subways. lots of good food places around, they have a airport shuttle service which is great....would definitely recommend if you want to travel in style but not pay six star prices.
Very comfortable, and extremely roomy by Japanese standards. The New Miyako is not the cheapest hotel in Osaka, but it's definitely a good value for the money. I'd happily stay there again.
The location is excellent. Close to all public trains and subways, both cabs and resturants are plentiful. Shopping is in the same building at Kintetsu Departments. The hotel staff was very helpful in all ways. Airport Limo bus operates to the front door regularly. Will stay here on next trip to Osaka.
