Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa Sunshine Coast

Unfortunately got off to a bad start as we were told that we were not booked in at the hotel! After some 30 minutes the matter was sorted and we were given a 'pool' room, which was spacious and comfortable. The location is good being on Hastings Street, which handy to shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and went that extra yard. Even though the rooms were tired (and therefore a little pricey) and needed some upgrading, we would stay at this hotel again next time we are in Noosa.

Loved the position, price and size of our room overlooking the pool .. The staff were lovely and the breakfast and bars were great also. We were given early checkin at 1230pm and delighted to find out check out was midday. A little disappointed that we had to pay for parking which added $15/night and that I paid $24.50 for toiletry items which were actually part of the mini bar ! (there were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, but my makeup bag hid them from view so I assumed these were the complimentary ones). We will definitely come back and even though the bathrooms and pool chairs are in need of updating, these didnt detract from our experience.

the rooms are spacious and have nice water or pool views. There is a kitchen and good facilities in the room, including iron and fridge, microwave and tea making. The decor is rather dated and the bathrooms have definitely seen better days but the staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant served a set lunch but we didn't get what we ordered (reef fish on the menu and we were served salmon). The rate we were offered was great and we paid a lot more for an extension. The hotel is really close to the beach and has good parking facilities (for which you pay per night).

Excellent location and facilities. The staff were very professional and pleasant and provided excellent service. Highly recommend staying here - very child friendly and accommodating.

Have 3 or 4 stays a year at this hotel. Always very happy with it and the apartments are extremely spacious and comfortable. Service is always of a high standard and out latest stay was no exception. Would always recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a special weekend away or longer stay. Expensive but worth it.

Lovely and friendly staff, a bit hard to find though - took us a good 15 mins to track down where we actually had to park and enter. overall a good weekend though. :)

This Hotel is a little dated and in need of an upgrade. Our twin room was large and comfortable but had views of the roof and carpark of the adjacent shopping centre. The view was somewhat unpleasent. There was an error with our bill on checkout but this was satisfactorily resolved. Internet facilities being provided free was a bonus but the internet was extremely slow. The big pool was the highlight, although it would seem that it is somehow used by non-guests of the hotel and therefore loses its exclusivity foe hotel guests. If the price was right, we would probably stay at this hotel again.

From pulling up to the door to leaving the building the staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. A short walk to the beach across Hastings Street, the large bedroom , spa bath and other facilities were first class. Also the large heated pool a plus for the two year old and the adults who had to be there with him. The buffet evening meal was exceptional value and the breakfast was only a small step behind it. Had a thoroughly relaxing week. Would certainly do it again

Noosa is lovely town and Sheratorn is in great position onHastings St., - cross Hastings St. and you are on the beach. One of the local ferry landings is at the hotel so it is easy to visit Noosa Marina etc. There is a lovely pool with an integrated bar and plenty of loungers, also small gym and spa treatments [not used] Our room was at the back but lack of outlook was compensated for by the large very modern, stylish room and large bathroom and loungers and spa bath on the balcony! Rooms with pool view looked much smaller and more ordinary. Staff were very helpful and at the end we discovered $150 food and beverage was included in our deal so our poolside drinks were paid for and we had the excellent buffet breakfast. We were there to watch the triathlon and the Sheraton was a haven of peace in the chaos [very enjoyable] - would like to go back and enjoy it during a less frantic weekend.

This was the ideal spot to stay in Noosa; right in the heart of the action on Hastings street, and the staff were all very helpful, friendly and genuine. Very good facilities, no problems at all. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Very good "top end" hotel, pity they have to spoil the experience by charging a paltry $15 for car parking (plus an extra $10 for valet service) I also would expect at least one complimentary bottle of water not a $1 bottle for $4. I feel they would be better concentrating on value for the customer they have rather expensive glossy promotions for possible future visits.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Noosa and because we got the $50 voucher included in our booking we found it to be very good value. Check in with Mel was speedy and we were able to have our room early. The location of our room 235 was excellent, with the pool just a few steps from the patio. Although the room decore was a little dated, it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a nice lounge area, as well as a dining area. Also, a table and chairs for outside seating in the patio area. We had the seafood buffet at Catos (which we have whenever we stay in Noosa) We have had seafood buffets at Sheraton Four Points Sydney, Sky tower Sydney, Marriott Gold Coast, Crowne Plaza Gold Coast. But we think Catos at Sheraton Noosa has the freshest and best seafood Buffet. We would certainly stay here again if there was another special going.

This was our second stay at the hotel and was just as good as the first time we visited 3 years ago. The rooms are huge and quiet (we stayed in a river view), but could do with a little redecoration soon. The pool is large and the service is very attentive without being overbearing. The highlight was again the food with the most amazing breakfast buffet we've ever come across and the evening seafood buffet was great value. We will be back.

Great location On Hastings street in the heart of noosa. Probably due for a bit of a makeover But nice all the same. A bit pricey for what you get.
