"Extensive and beautiful grounds/pool areas, lovely beach view and fine, spacious rooms.
However, service differs from person to person. Some really need to learn to smile a bit ! Others are quite friendly, but overall English standard is very poor and communication can be difficult. Eg. does not know what''s a balcony, or a bathmat.
Cleanliness in bathroom shower was also poor-- had mouldy bits! Also saw one cockroach! Ugh!
Late checkout is actually charged by every two hours, and room service has 10% service+15%surcharge-- beware!
Food is also not up to par for a Sheraton, and some portions can be ridiculously small." - Anonymous
