Great value, location and easily accessible to Heathrow. Staff and services were good and the facility was clean and modern.
We only stayed for one night but this is a very nice hotel. It has a nice pool and a Starbucks inside the hotel. You also get one hour of free internet in the lobby. The concierge was extremely helpful in obtaining a taxi for us. My only disappointment was the location. By reading the description, I thought this hotel was right at the airport. We did have to take one of the airport shuttles (4.50 pounds/person) to get to the hotel. This was slightly frustrating to find out after arriving at 11:30pm and exhausted with 2 kids.

The hotel was a great place to stay, with easy access to the airport, as well as the trains into central London. My only issue was that the rooms were too hot, despite changing the temperature down to it's lowest setting. Other than that we will be back to stay next time we are in London.
A very well appointed hotel with easy access to the airport via the Hoppa buses. I thought the meals were overpriced. Staff very polite and helpful.
Hotel was nice and clean. Very comfortable-rooms a nice size. Bathroom was also clean and looked fairly new. Bed was comfortable. Good for overnight stay as its close to the airport.

This hotel is very comfortable, up-to-date and certainly convenient for travellers passing through Heathrow with an overnight stop. My only complaint is that they (and other Heathrow hotels, I suspect) take advantage of the captive audience to price gouge. For example, how can they justify charging £15 for 24 hours of Internet access? That's at least 50% more than rates at wireless hotspots in the city.
in general the sheraton skyline was a nice hotel but i found that it didn't live up to the sheraton name. i found the satff in th both the restuarants to be friendly and helpful and the food was excellent and the room was clean and tidy.
Could improve the shuttle service between hotel and airport
For my purposes, an overnight stay before catching an early flight, I found the hotel perfect.
Whilst accepting it is in a very useful location, as usual everything in the hotel was overpriced, and a taxi arranged for me by the hotel was twice the price it should have been.
The hotel was very good and the staff very friendly but overnight guest parking was expensive at 12 pounds. Also my hotel club voucher stated that the price was inclusive all taxes but he hotel charged me VAT, an add on of 17.5 %. I had a flight to catch and not time to see a manager. So beware of this.
We were very impressed with this hotel as a pre-holiday stay - it is clean and luxurious and the staff are incredibly helpful and professional - we were so impressed that we actually changed our post-holiday booking to stay there again!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise- amazing facilities for a hotel near Heathrow airport. Large comfy bed, very pleasant clean room and very quiet - we heard no noise from airport. Beautiful pool area and great sports bar with good food. We would definitely stay here again !!!
Rooms were not clean to the highest standard. Corners and round bedside cabinets looked like they had never been cleaned. Also a bit soulless in the foyer
A fantastic hotel for an airport location - even better than many in London itself. Great facilities with all the top notch treatment you expect with a Sheraton location. Highly recomended.
The Disabled access room I stayed in was good on the whole BUT the bath was impossible to get into for me, due to the fact it was too deep, and it would have needed help for me to get out. On the whole, everything else in the room, and rest of the hotel was excellent.
I ended up having a migrane at 2AM. The hotel staff handled my problem very well by calling in a doctor to my room. As a result I was given an injection and was able to make my flight back to the United States. Thank-you to the staff
First class hotel with excellent rooms and hotel pool area. However very expensive to eat or drink in any of the resturant facilities.
