Sheraton Towers Singapore

Rather average hotel with its good share of good points and bad points. Good points> location is quite good, located right beside Newton MRT. one station to orchard and near to the rest. Absolute fantastic service from the staff. Room was comfortable and clean, something you expect from a hotel of this class. Bad points> Rooms quite old and may need to renovation. Amenities should be upgraded. The pool is really very old. Overall> Average hotel but the service really makes up for it.

This hotel was rated as a five star hotel???????????should have been rated as 3.5 - 4 at best. Nothing stood out about this hotel at all, apart from very average front desk staff.

I was surprised for having to unload our luggage from the taxi upon arival at the hotel. We also took them to the room agter checking in. On departure, we needed to wheel our luggage to the taxi. There was no bell boy to assist. Very strange thing to see happen at Sheraton.

The bed was the best, but it is slightly away from Orcahrd road. Taxi is a short distance, and I reckon waling will take 12-15 min.

All the staff were exceptional

A very nice hotel with a fabulous breakfast. Within easy reach and use of the MRT. Just a short walk from Orchard Rd. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We liked this Hotel very much. Good location, near Orchard Avenue. Very close to rail system or doorman was very obliging in providing taxi service. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast, good service in dining room and very helpful reception.

Wine prices in the hotel were horrific ($70). Food was a bit expensive too. Otherwise, fabulous hotel

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Service was great although the desk staff were rather limited when it came to knowledge of Singapore itself. Room was deluxe and the included breakfast was fantastic - loved the freshly squeezed juices! Not right on Orchard Rd but I loved the location. Only a 1 minute walk to the MRT station and then 1 stop to Orchard Rd; not far from the Newton Food Centre and it was fantastic to be just a little removed from the business and shopping centres of Orchard Rd, which can get a little overwhelming. Nowhere in Singapore is really very far from anywhere else! Would definitely stay at the Sheraton again on a return trip to Singapore (if I could still get such an amazing deal!)
