Rooms are big and clean Staff speak English well, very helpful Right across the street from Shinagawa JR station, which is on the Yamanote line (same as Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya).
The Price is ideally situated at Shinagawa close to JR and Subway lines with easy transit to all parts of Tokyo and Haneda Airport. Have previously stayed in the 3 other areas of the hotel but this was the 1st time in the Annex Tower. The room decoration and facilities were up to or superior to other areas. Aircon was good, bathroom above Tokyo average size. The room was normal Tokyo. Modest but ample with good quality fittings. Check in staff were helpful. Have already booked another stay.
Very convenient location, just a couple of minutes from the Shinagawa JR station. Amenities are also abundant. Requesting for late checkout is chargeable, though, at 1000 Yen per hour and this is unusual especially when the hotel is not fully occupied.
This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the JR Shinagawa station. Facilities are generally acceptable at the annexe wing and the room size is reasonable for two persons. For the price that we paid, highly satisfied. Amenities provided were sufficient and enough for a comfortable stay
The hotel was excellent. Location was strategic. Unfortunately, our room was facing the car park, thus we could not enjoy the view of tokyo.
Excellent hotel with good size room at the Annex tower
The location of the Annex Tower is excellent! - across the road from Shinagawa Station. Our double room (~20 sq m) was adequate. The toilet was larger than normal, had good water pressure & the toilet seats had all the functions. Use the "Greener Cleaning Service" - tell the hotel not to clean your room in return for 500 yen voucher per person per day. The only complaint I have would be of the bed & the pillows. The bed is a little too firm & the sheets rustle a lot. The pillows are way too flat. TV selection is poor - mainly Japanese channels. But for "International" Channels, click on the 'bilingual' button for English. Check-in area is on the 7th floor (take the lift beside the bowling alley). Only a handful of the staff speak decent English. One of the best Ramen can be found nearby. From the hotel, cross the road towards the station, turn right and walk along the train track until you arrive at a whole stretch of Ramen restaurants. The best on is right at the end.
The room is of good size for Japanese hotels. Only a few details are inadequate eg no spoon provided to stir the coffee or tea in the room.
very good location, good personal and facilities in hotel.
small comfortable rooms. very haandy location, close to trains and plenty of places to eat in hotel and close by. Helpful staff, used to dealing with tourists, Japanese and overseas. Very busy, a bit of a wiat for the good buffet breakfast. (asian and western). Easy to get to from airport, liomo (bus) from airport to hotel door. It has everything you need, internet extra charge, swimming pool extra charge. great views, 39 floors high. We are always happy to stay here.
small rooms
Very convenient, just opposite the JR Station. Lots of restaurants and shopping outlets nearby, even has a cineplex, an aquarium and a bowling alley. Great place to stay.
We used the hotel before as it is located very close to JR Shinagawa Station, a few minutes train ride to major places in Tokyo. The bullet train stops there, too. The room (twin) was small but adequate for the price if you are a sightseer.
Large hotel complex with many facilities - restaurants, food hall, bowling lane, shops etc opposite Shinagawa station. Very convenient location for travel to other areas of Tokyo and on main line out of Tokyo on bullet train. Also drop off and pick up hotel for airport bus. Rooms and bathroom good size in Annex tower where we stayed. Highly recommend.

The North Tower is less of a value than the Annex Tower. The room was much smaller and the bathroom had some mildew on the ceiling which is probably caused by their ventilation and air conditioning system. The room was really hot during the day and although you can open the windows, it would be better perhaps if the air conditioning worked more efficiently. It didn't really help to make the room any cooler for some reason. The staff are very polite and friendly, and the breakfasts in the main hall are very good.
Blanket is too thin and you can see stains on its cover when you look carefully. Facilities are fairly old but are still functioning well. Location is good, everyone you approach in the Shinagawa station knows the hotel, when you need help for direction. However, when you are about to reach you'll find it's rather confusing as it has too many towers and with the malls downstair it's quite easy to get lost.
The facilities of this hotel complex are outstanding. We stayed in the main tower and our room was fine but the carpets on the whole floor were mainly pink in colour which sadly looks very grubby. Staff were very helpful. The room was small as we had our daughter in an extra bed. Our only complaint was that none of us managed to bath without flooding the bathroom floor. I'd happily to stay here again.
Very convenient location directly across the street from the Yamanote line. That's why I always stay there. Price is reasonable for Tokyo and, unless one books the cheapest category, the rooms are big enough to turn around inside.
Loved the Dolphins, should have told guests about it more upon arriving.
