This is an apartment not a hotel. Ideal location for the people with limited budget. 3 or 5 private bedrooms are in one flat or a house. kitchen/bathroom/toilet : common use. Bedding, linen, towel, utility : included. Wash machine, dryer installed: free of charge. Wireless internet: get password for free of charge, bring your PC. Your stay will be usually in Akebonobashi however for busy period your room might be in Kagurazaka according to the situation, a famous, traditional geisha town near Kagurazaka station or in Ushigome-Yanagicho that is between Akebonobashi and Kagurazaka. Our office is located in Akebonobashi it is where you will come first for checking in then we will escort you to your room. Attention: If you reserve more than one room(for example one single + one double), it might be possible to arrange two rooms not in the same floor or building if the reservation was made at the last moment. We will do our best to arrange to reserve your two(or more) rooms at least in a same building/house however allow us to arrrange your two rooms in two buildings but it has never happened until now. In case you like to reserve the second room, call us to inquire, the number is listed on your reservation voucher. Anyway we will try our best to make your stay happy. Getting there:
Take a taxi from Shinjuku station(1100yen). Or take a subway from Shinjuku station(170 yen) if you don't have a big suitcase. Toei Shinjuku line Subway, second stop from Shinjuku is Akebonobashi station. Exit no.A2. Walk right direction to Shinjuku. Passing Tempura restaurant at your right, comes to the traffic signal, crossing to other side still straight direction to Shinjuku, after crossing turn right before "ampm" convenience store. Go uphill to your right side, your right side is the street and your left is buildings, passing Korean Marshal Art school, used OA store, dry cleaning at your left, turning to left before Family Mart betreen a yellow building and a small Japanese style restaurant, walk to the fourth building from the corner at your right side. A white building, first floor is a parking lot, you will see many plants on the wooded fenced balcony (second floor), it is our office. Take the elevator to our office in the room number 207. Please note: When you arrive at the airport, call from the airport to let us know your arrival if your arrival will be after 20:00 p.m. If we have specific time it will be preferable. The telephone number is listed on your reservation voucher. Once you arrived at the apartment, please go directly to our office (2 nd floor 207) to pick up your key. Thank you. For Me, this was the best hotel i have ever stayed at, having been also to the Shinjuku Washington (also very good) i prefer d here at Shinjuku Apartment, Well situated very close to the station, nice bedroom with a balcony, and also a very nice friendly owner, i really did enjoy this experience and i am defiantly coming back here on my next trip to Japan! 20/20

The host is nice, and its fairly cheap accomodation for tokyo. But its location isnt the best if your using jr lines, you will need to walk 5 min, and pay 180 yen to get to shinjuku station on a local line. You also have no idea who you will be sharing with, and living in such close quarters with. There was a bunch of shops nearby which is handy tho.

Student Budged Single Room

This is the special discount for students. Bedding, linen, towel will be prepared. WiFi available, the password will be provided as well as the apartment/house key. It is an ideal location in the central part of Tokyo for budget stayers. There is no curfew, you can come back any time. Room size: more or less 4,5-6 tatami matt size. Futon(low bedding) or high bed, wardrobe and other furniture are in your bedroom according to the room. It is a sharing flat of 3 or 5 bedrooms. kitchen & bathroom utility are common use. Good for students and budged stayers. Come first to our office in Akebonobashi to ckeck in, we will escort you to the budget flat either in the same building of Akebonboashi or different houses in Ushigome-Yanagicho or in Kagurazaka according to the room situation.
