beautiful place , very good service
We walked off the elevator on the 2nd floor and as we walked to our room we noticed that the roof had mould growing on it. Not a great first impression. We then got to our room. Which was clean, however you did not feel comfortable. We walked through the door and to our right was the bedroom, (once is sectioned off by french sliding doors). The bedroom has no windows. Next to the bedroom on the right was a bathroom including a toliet, a sink and a shower of the bath. For $250 dollars a night I think you would expect a spa bath? Then after the toliet you walk into a room that is open and big, at the end of the room there were curtains, which were the only light or fresh air source, the problem however, is that you are looking into another hotels flight of stairs 5ms away. So we closed the curtains all the time, and with that being the only source of light, you never knew what time of morning it was and your eyes hurt when you went outside.
Very nice location, but a bit tired and for an apt style there is no cooking facility. We thought a bit overpriced for what you got.
Location and service were very good, although our bathroom wasn't 100% clean and there were cigarette burns in the sofa, a little disappointed as we did expect more from a 4 1/2 star resort! Restaurant was very good and overall stay was good.
The staff were ratehr unhelpful, our keys refused to work over and over and our room over looked the main entrance and a very noisy conference who had a very late party. Room facilities are very basic for the price but the location is great. The Sap area is also good but we didnt have any treatments.
Enjoyed our stay. Good location. Would definitely go back again
great hotel, resort.. great service and restaurants.. good food.
Excellent facilities and service. Day passes provided for facilities on day of check out. Highly recommended.
was very happy with the appartment, the kitchen was very handy. There were enough cafe's and shops up and down the road within walking distance. had a very relaxing time.
I felt the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly which put a positive spin on the whole trip from the begining
Front desk service very good but advised that ' Catch Restaurant ' was closed on Sat night. It was actually closed on Sunday night ! Food at ' Catch ' was good but the table service terrible [ 2/10 ]. The rest. was not full. Otherwise a really good experience and we would return.
A quiet and restful resort. Some great walks to do close by and beautiful scenery. The service was efficient and friendly. Perhaps too much chlorine in the spa was my only complaint.
Reception staff were polite and helpful, Room was nice didnt have time to use the spa or swimming pool facilities such a shame as they looked lovely. Buffet breakfast was great with everything you could want
Food was excellent at the resort. No need to go else where. Elevator (lift) needs to made clearer that the hotel card (room card)is needed to go up and down in the lift.
Wonderful location, room interior and concierge, but let down by apartment location (through concrete car park and then sprayed by hose), Mermaids Bar food and forgetful reception staff
wonderful resort, great position, very impressed
Excellent location, excellent hotel and facilities, lovely rooms with views, would recommend to anyone, families, couples, singles - it's got it all
A delightful spot, peaceful and relaxing. We would love to have stayed there more than one night.
