Shoreline Hotel is situated in the city of Clarence, on Hobarts Eastern Shore, just 15 minutes from the CBD. We have 11 fully refurbished motel style accommodation units situated in a quiet area adjacent to the main hotel. All our units are ground floor and have parking at the door. They have great views across the Derwent River to the city and Mt Wellington and there is public transport and a shopping centre adjacent to the hotel. Of course when you stay with us you can enjoy all the Shoreline has to offer! There is a bistro and bar on-site as well as a gaming lounge.

Getting there:Hobart Airport to Shoreline Hotel (approximately 13km/12 minute drive) On leaving the airport on Holyman Drive, turn left toward Hobart on Tasman Highway (A3). Travel along Tasman Highway (A3) for approximately 9km (6 minutes), leave the highway to the left at Mornington Junction to B33. Continue through the roundabout toward Rokeby on South Arm Highway (B33) for about 3.4km (3 minutes) to next roundabout. Turn right to Howrah/Tranmere. After 100 metres turn left into Shoreline Hotel. Hobart City to Shoreline Hotel (approximately 11km/ 12 minute drive) Travel east from the City on the Tasman Highway (A3) across the Tasman Bridge. Follow signs/lane to Sorrel/Airport for approximately 7km (8 minutes) to Mornington Exit (B33). Follow clover leaf around to the left and continue through the roundabout toward Rokeby on South Arm Highway (B33) for about 3.4km (3 minutes) to next roundabout. Turn right to Howrah/Tranmere. After 100 metres turn left into Shoreline Hotel car park.

Magnificent views of the river and city to Mt Wellington. Handy to airport and shops. Bistro is quite good and popular with locals. Some road noise and would benefit from full air conditioning.

Comfortable, but carpet desparately needs cleaning
We were very pleased with our accommodation and found the staff helpful and friendly.
A totally adequate stop-over place for a flight leaving from Hobart Airport.whihc is a 10-15 minute journey by car.
