Shusski Aparthotel Encamp

"I don't understand that there is no airco in this four stars aparthotel ! It is impossible to sleep, because of the heat when the windows are closed, because of the noise when they are open. The hotel is located on the highway between Andorra and France, even at the backside of the hotel the noise is unbearable when the windows are open. In the summertime the restaurant is closed (no breakfast and no dinner available); the center of the city (with the shops) is not so nearby. The rooms are clean and lovely but narrow and quite small." - Anonymous

"An Excellently run Hotel. The Manager went out of his way to make us welcome and assist us immediately with any minor problems. He is a credit to your organisation. When we arrived the lift was not working - without even asking we were offered a room on a lower floor and assistance with carrying our baggage. We would definitely return again." - Anonymous
