The location is really good. Very easy to walk to MBK and not to far from Bangkok Old city (Grand palace, temples, Kao san road). The staff is really helpful. I love the design of the room and also the pool is awesome. I love SPA there. Breakfast is great. I have been back to stay in this hotel once and will go back again.

Excellent hotel. I will recommend to family and friends. Although you can get cheaper hotels in Bangkok its worth paying that little extra to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and retreat to the hotel sanctuary. The staff are very freindly and very helpful with suggestions, advice, and arranging cheap and reliable transport.

This was our first visit to Bangkok. It is not our favourite city. However, the Siam@Siam hotel was a wonderful retreat from the terrible traffic, pollution and general chaos outside. The hotel is close to all the big Siam Square shopping centres and just around the corner from Jim Thompson's house. The room was huge with excellent views of the city. The hotel facilities were first-class in every respect, and the staff were lovely. (They even surprised my partner with a complementary birthday cake). The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Although we arrived early morning, well before check in time, the hotel staff welcomed us warmly and made a room available straight away. We will certainly stay there again, and really enjoyed our 2 days. The infinity pool, excellent breakfast and good value food in the ground floor cafe, with evening entertainment, made for a great stay

We loved our stay! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. What ever we needed they provided. The hotel itself is gorgeous, clean and funky and so are the rooms. The location if walking distance to all the shopping. They even had a little note in our rooms describing types of shop dealer etc that we should be careful of. The breakfast was the BEST! We're still dreaming of the fluffiest pancakes ever! The breakfast staff kept giving us yummy treats to taste. When we came to leave for the airport left they called up the airlines to make sure we were going to the right airport! They really bent over backwards for us which really made our time in Bangkok even better. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

great hotel, something different and interesting, in an excellent location, very good service, the only thing that could be improved is the coffee which is terrible, but we will come back again for sure

Boutique hotel with "industrial art" design meaning lots of bare concrete walls, exposed ducting, etc. but at the same time lovely warm touches with flowers, bright and comfy furniture, etc. However, it is not at all Thai style. Excellent location: 5 mins walk to Skytrain stop which connects to the MRT if you want to venture further. Khlong canal runs behind, so you can also use the boats there to take you to the Golden Mount for example - only 8 THB. The Jim Thompson Museum is just around the corner from the hotel. Walking distance to MBK mall which is a fun place to shop: very local but also sells products for tourists, or if you have time you can go for a spa treatment, watch a movie, eat... basically everything. For more western type malls with all the big brand names just go a bit further to Siam Central or Paragon, etc. The pool is interesting in its design (infinity type) but never gets any sun - cold! Excellent breakfast, catering to all tastes.

A great hotel - would definitely stay here again. Location was great, less than 200m away from the skyrail. The breakfast was probably the best that we've had anywhere in Thailand.

Siam@Siam was lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to Skytrain and a bunch of Bangkok shopping malls. You have to try the pool on the 11th floor, the restaurant on the roof (25th floor) and the day spa facility. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful hotel located in the central business district. This is a great place to stay, highly recommended. Pay no more than 350 Baht for a taxi to/from the airport.

Great Location, groovy rooms. Reccomended for families with teens or couples. Doubt if would be enjoyed by older travellers. Only one issue was on arrival we had to go down and retrieve our own bags after 30 minutes. Not acceptable at 2.am. The location is perfect for shopping, easy walk to MBK and Siam. Aprox. 200 mts to Skytrain. Be sure to visit Jim Thompsons house in the next block. rooftop renovations (due to finish in May), did not effect us on the 21st floor. We'll definately be back

The hotel is sure meant for lovers and couples as the setup is too intimate because there is a non-lockable window & door to the wash room. I think the bath tub may be too high, some elderly may not be able to get into the tub. This is just my personal view, it may not be applicable to most people. Perfect hotel for honeymooners.

It is a contemporary hotel, seems like they want it, or they think it is a 5 star hotel... Nothing is 5 stars in this place, ONLY the price is !!! It is a nice place, but certainly over-priced !! From down at the entrance to the check in table, we notified 3 times to prepare our passport and credit card... The bath is nice, but certain to have mold soon, since it is made of a very small tiles... The design is interesting, but it is not that much friendly for use, or/and comfortable. The swimming pool is VERY nice.
