The 270 rooms are housed in 12 inter-connected wings that dot the 40 acres of luscious gardens. Getting there:AIRPORT TRANSFERS Thai Airways International operates an air-conditioned limousine service between Bangkok's Don Muang International Airport and Pattaya at the cost of Bht. 1,500* per trip. Contact the Thai International limousine counter right after you exit the terminal. The Thai Airways International Bus Service is Bht. 200* per person and leaves its North Pattaya terminal three times daily. Allow 2 ½ hours for transfer. Flight check-in service is also provided at the THAI ticket office in Pattaya. For ultimate convenience, Siam City Hotel Limousine Service provides transfers to Pattaya at Bht. 3,000 per trip. Supply your flight number and arrival time, and our airport representative will be waiting for you with the driver at the terminal exit. Alternatively, you can spend the night at Siam City Hotel in Bangkok and be refreshed and ready to leave for Pattaya first thing in the morning. Hotel location is great. Near to streets of food and a huge shopping mall. Walking distance to beach area. However, inner part of hotel slightly old. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worth staying!!!

Good hotel , my second stay here , location is great with central festival shopping centre virtually next door ,and bars galore all round , had a deluxe room in the tower block and found that much better than the garden wing room I had previously .will be back again next year

Almost everything was ok in this hotel apart from the bell captain. I needed to get to the airport and asked him to call me a taxi. He told me he'd get me a car (1200 Baht) as there were no metered taxis in Pattaya. I went out and hailed a metered taxi on the street myself. Cost: 600 Baht.
This is our 4th stay at this hotel and are always pleased with the service and pleasant disposition of the hotel staff. The security around the hotel is always reassuring to have and have witnessed from our balcony that they are not there for show. Recommend an Seaview deluxe room. It is worth the extra dollars and the views are amazing. They recently won an award for environmental consciousness one of only 10 handed out in Thailand. Having seen the disregard for protecting the environment with the amount of waste that can be recycled in Thailand this was refreshing to know that a hotel such as the siam chain is addressing this matter. Well done!

The hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and helfull. The breakfast was good with some thing for every one. The room was basic but well worth the money. The hotel is in the middle of the sea road and you can get to all the shop,s and resturants. There is a central world store just 5 min away. Would go back again.
As a first time visitor to Thailand & to Siam Bay View Hotel in Pattaya, that too having booked via the internet, I was bound to have my apprehensions. We reached much before the official check in time. Thereafter all my apprenhensions were dispelled. We were politely greeted by the lady at the reception and immediately alloted a room. We stayed only for 2 days but it was the best time spent ever. Each & every staff member came across as polite and ever ready to help, always smiling. Really touched us. We stayed in [other hotel] in Bangkok (Booked through [other website]) after that but the experience there was shocking. Rude staff, bad room amenities, bad service, et all. Kudos to the management of Sian Bay View for maintaining such high standards of service & to all personnel for their care. Love you all. Will recommend anyone who cares to ask and those who I know. Have stayed in this hotel before good location in centre of Pattaya staff very friendly & helpfull beautiful view from room over the water we were on the 6th floor. Great buffet breakfast would stay again
