Avoid using taxis which insist on flat fee. Please note, When taxi back hotel, make sure to show driver this map and point to hotel on map. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from train station; it's very convenient for taking the airport express train. Spoken English of hotel staff is ok, but need more patience to understand them. Room is clean and comfortable, swimming pool and gym are nice. Worst part is the hot water supply; it was supplying warm water only, and thus both shower and bath were not good. Apart from the hot water, can't really complain.
Impressive Lobby and outlook. 5 mins walk from BTS (Skytrain) and Airport Link Station. (25 mins to airport). 2 stops away from Siam Central station. Only downside was that the room overlooked the main road, and with windows of only single glass that meant the traffic noise from the road was very audible. (Earplugs were the answer, but I am a light sleeper). Will ask for a room on the other side next time.

Service was excellent, most staff greeted us and were very helpful. Is not right in the centre of anything so it wasn't too crowded yet it was close enough to the sky train and taxis were cheap to get around (MBK was only 20mins walk away). Loved the stay.
Overall we had a lovely few days stay, as the staff were very polite and helpful. Great dinner buffets at the restaurant. The hotel has terrific location near subway and skytrain stations. On the negative side, the night we arrived the coffee mugs were dusty. Also the idea of recycled (pre-used) bedroom slippers from strangers was very unhealthy and really put us off. Room 1560 has leak above the bathroom door!
very good
within 5 mins walking distance to sky train (BTS), staff here is friendly; however, the price of the restaurant here very expensive.
Overall the hotel was very good, but I wouldn't quite call it 5 star as it was a little shabby in places. The service was good but the extra's such as the internet usage in the lobby & food at the restaurants very expensive, room service breakfast was expensive and bland but we had some good noodles by the pool one day - rest of the time we ate outside of the hotel. We were there for Xmas & I loved the big Xmas tree & the happy hour for cocktails was great. The pool is modern, nice and clean but doesn't get direct sunlight, so if you are there to get a suntan this probably isn't the hotel for you! I'll try some where else next time to compare, but wouldn't rule out staying here again. Location fine - nice & close to the sky train & Siam Square.
i thourhly enjoyed my stay at this hotel staff are most helpful
It was a great hotel to stay in. However, the price was abit steep for no breakfast! Also, it was disappointing to know that the internet service is being charged. The hair salon is pathetic too. However, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is not that crowded compared to those in Siam centre but yet it is close enough to the BTS station.
Great hotel, nice rooms. Pool being renovated so provided free shuttle to similar pool in another hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast and dinners. 15min walk to shopping centres and markets.
The staff were very friendly and attentive and extended our late check out which was a greatly appreciated. The choice at breakfast was reasonable if a bit limited. pool needed to be heated as it was too cold to swim in.this was a disappointment as the reason we had chosen the hotel was for the pool area. The location is quite good as the sktrain is across the road however the station is not suitable for strollers or wheelchair users as there is no lift or escalator only stairs.
Very nice hotel downtown Bangkok. Easy to reach via Skytram but can be difficult for taxi driver to find.
Always a friendly welcome and staff are very helpful. Good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
I will definitely recommend it to my friends
A great hotel. Very well located and very clean.
Even though the hotel is across the street from BTS Skytrain station, its location is not very good, as there is nothing around the hotel - no restaurants, shops or anything else. So if you want to be where there is buzz, this is not a hotel for you. Otherwise, a very good hotel, nice bathroom, a pool of a good size included in the price - a very good value.
excellent value for money. Definitely a place to stay
I have stayed at this hotel several times and find the service hard to beat.
compared to the hotel fee, breakfast (not included) is very expensive
beautiful hotel in every way possible, would definately recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to bangkok, great staff.
