"Its really a nice hotel with excellent service. Nothing much to talk about facilities except free internet and wifi, but the place is really clean, with friendly helpful staffs. Personally I found the taiwanese breakfast to my liking, with vegetarian dishes and also some continental stuff. Ginding coffee machine to serve coffee, so no complains. They even got free adult channels but the downside is, i did not get much sleep as some inconsiderate buffoon turn on the volume of some screaming japanese porn at about 3-4 am in the morning. As the walls were relatively thin, with speakers and music pipe in through the ceiling, neigbours can here mostly everything coming out from the TV. I make complain to the reception at 4 am and they really came up to tell the other room to keep it down. Thats some good service from the hotel. The real setback is the location where u need to walk about 15 mins to the nearest Metro station. Or take a taxi ride to the metro which will cost 70 taiwan dollar." - Anonymous

"the hotel was awesome! the only problem is the location. it is 2 bus stops away fr the yuan shan MRT station. so you have to board the bus to go to anywhere. service was decent. was a little diappointed on my 2nd day at the hotel, i wanted them to room service my room, but the room was still unmade when i returned, and the shampoo and body wash were not replenished. Besides that, all else is good." - malisa tong
