Free pick up and return to airport excellent . Also a reasonably short journey. I found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful. One word of warning no lifts so if you are on one of the upper floors make sure stairs are not a problem for you. On the whole room was clean but maybe a little dated and basic. Likewise the TV was a little resticted on the range of programmes. Air conditioning was fine. This is a great hotel for overnight stays but not a long duration stop in my view. I would have given this a higher mark for location as there is a Tesco express next door and a street market to the front but you have to be aware street markets by their nature are seldom quiet environments which may impact on those trying to get an early nights sleep. value for money pretty good with the pickup and return package included.

I found this hotel to my liking because it is very near the airport and was provided airport pick up.i got the ground floor and it suit me because i cant climb at the stair.there is no elevator here.. there is plenty of local food just in front of hotel.The food at the resort is also good. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere here. the massage was good but its a bit costly.. the staff are very friendly. i stayed 3 nights here. its worth the money. breakfast is on the house.

Good hotel fairly close to the airport with a nice van, friendly staff, close to Lotus/Tesco and night market. Great base when you arrive or about to leave BKK. Pickup spot in airport confusing the agent is at the pickup area signed on level2.

Good quality room for the price with friendly staff that always had a smile. Position of hotel is great if you are looking for a close to airport position with free pickup and drop off in near new minibus. Local foods from 20B to resturant all close by with small Tesco/Lotus just in front of Hotel. Hotel breakfast good. Transport to the city not so easy will stay again when airport hotel needed Really good value.

A good place to stay when you need to access the airport early hours in the morning. efficient, clean and well managed.

Nice to stay one night only if you are a transit passenger or you arrive at the airport midnight. The location is not convenient for sightseeing.

Airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only wish they had free internett!

The airport pick up is a great feature as the hotel is a little out of the way to get to normally.

It's a basic but nice hotel within a short distance of the airport. It's perfect for a one night transit through Bangkok. The two-way free transfer between airport and the hotel worked well and is definitely a plus point of this hotel.

A clean but modest hotel with friendly staff and free airport transfers in both directions. NOTE: The small bathrooms are "wet heads" meaning you shower while standing next to the sink and commode (no separate shower stall).

This hotel is a bit remote but good value for an overnight stay where you want sleep before catching an ongoing flight. they advertise a free shuttle to and from airport and despite a phone call to confirm my pick up and flight arrival details no shuttle arrived. took taxi cost 120 Bt 10 mins drive. Rooms basic but bed was good. had problem with door lock key broke in lock Free Shuttle to airport was fine on way back. Breakfast was basic. had dinner at petrol station opposite nice soup 30 bt can get everything you need there. would stay again for overnight stay.

The hotel was only about 15 minutes from the airport. My only complaint is that I had to search for the man waiting at the airport to arrange for my ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was efficient. I ate at the hotel restaurant which is actually in a separate building nearby. I had a great chicken curry meal. I will definitely stay here again when I am in transit through Bangkok.

For transit,it's good&budget though it takes 10 mins from airport not 5. More info on how to meet at airport was needed,but free round-trip transport service was helpful. Staff was friendly! No elevator but staff kindly carried my bag to room upon check-in&-out,thus no problem with me. An open space for very local market is in front of it,where you find clothes,sandals,commodities,CDs,food etc. You may not find "sophisticated souvenirs" there,but you'll have fun if you love to feel the local life. A supermarket is next to it. A fridge in hotel's room is helpful after you buy food/drink. Some reviews said noise/dog's barks were outside at night. I heard some but was silent enough. I got relaxing Thai massage;body&foot,300B/hr each. Some reviews said toilet got wet after shower. It may happen but not serious to me. At first I thought water of shower was not hot enough,but I found I turned temperature adjust knob in opposite direction. If you had a same problem,just remember and try?!

Its cheap and ideal if you are just transit or in for a couple of nights to Bangkok its right by the Airport and they will pick u up and drop you back to the terminal all in all its fine for a cheap stay by the airport

Free shuttle is very efficient and the hotel makes for an adequate, clean overnight stop at a good price
