All units have a direct dial phone, radio / alarm clock and hair dryer and heating. All beds come equipped with electric blankets and additional bedding for your comfort. Roll away beds are available at additional cost to accommodate an extra person. All units are non smoking units. Full room service is available for breakfasts and light meals. Getting there:If arriving at the International or Domestic airport terminals, please make your way to the Hotel courtesy phones when you are ready to be collected, and contact the Motor Inn directly to organise a pick up. You will be asked to wait out front, and look out for a silver shuttle with the words “Silver Point Motor Inn”or oakwood manor printed on the front and sides. PLEASE NOTE - you must be ready to be collected before contacting the Motor Inn, as the shuttle driver is unable to park, wait or go looking for guests due to Airport Traffic Regulations. shuttle is strictly for catching or coming off a flight to stay in the hotel only. for collecting rental cars you need to organise this with the car company. You must present your confirmation voucher upon check in at the Hotel, along with a valid credit card to be given as security on the room. If the Hotel has to request a copy of your comfirmation voucher, a fee of NZD$7.50 will apply.

Excellent service and close to airport
Pleasant, not appeasing to know that the location is opposite a cemetary, didn't hear too much of the main road traffic, comfortable sleep, Receptionist was cheerful and helpful, shower cubicle was tired looking and needs to be upgraded, shower was very good, the close proximity of the rooms with a door between my room and the next room was by far too close, I could hear the people nextdoor as they would have heard me in my room (not soundproof) I didn't like the cutlery, plates etc being stored in an open plan shelf with no actual cupboards for these utensils to be stored, the express breakfast was a bonus part of the package, parking was also very handy, shops, public transport and airport was very handy to the locality of the hotel. Over all, my experience was only an average one.

Even though the property is in need of an upgrade, it was warm clean and the staff and management were more than wonderful. would stay there again.
We arrived short notice at 1am. We had paid $99 for a double and 2x singles. As we had children and a room was available we were upgraded free of charge to the family room. I was very impressed and although we only slept there and used no other facilities (we left by 6.30am) the place was clean and tidy. It was clean under the beds, I only knew this as I was searching for my sons sock! Overall good service, good price and a comfy sleep

Would recommend this hotel, rooms were spacious beds were very comfortable. Was a quiet location whilst on a main arterial road, handy for Airport have a pick up and drop off service for air travelers . Is a little old of the type known as "Motel/Hotel" in New Zealand.
We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay, perfect accomodation for a family of five. Quiet, friendly service, comfy beds, fresh towels every morning. The only things that were missing which were minor things was a microwave and a remote for the tv. Being away from home and wanting something quick to eat and heat up a microwave wouldve been ideal and when we had some downtime at the motel to relax had to get up to change channels and not all channels were available as listed in the guide. Overall the experience was enjoyable, I would most definitely stay there again, would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
Although my stay was for only 1 night, all the boxes were ticked. I would stay again. Very good points for me was also the storage of my vehicle for 21 days at no extra cost & the shuttle to/from the airport. Great service, thanks

Silveroaks Inn is a lovely place to stay. It's near the airport, but not so near it's loud, there's a nice little shopping strip just down the road, they are friendly about their shuttle service and our stay was altogether enjoyable.
Cheap simple hotel, nice size rooms. Good value for money.

Room was a bit 'tired' and shower needs an upgrade. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport which was what we wanted.

Stayed on way out of New Zealand and again on the return. Good value with free airport shuttle, very friendly, helpful staff and good location, would use again.
The bed looks clean but we feels like some insect is biting us whole night. Other than the bed, the kitchen and bathroom is clean. But I wont go back again.
