"The spa bath wasn't working in the room and the private pools had holes in the walls so they could do with some repairs" - Chris Eketone
"Very disappointing accommodation, room had no microwave, no hairdryer, clock radio didn't work, no rubbish bin, chipped coffee mug, pillows 2 inches thick, noisey water pipes, used teatowels not replaced. The spa pools had "things" floating on top of the water and the paint was all chipped. Our room was situated down the back upstairs directly above the main laundry. Our three night stay at Silveroaks was very disappointing." - Anonymous
"Excellent & Friendly service at the in house restaurant and the food was excellent! One minor issue though and the office called after I had checked out claiming I had taken drinks from the mini bar. My guess is the room was never serviced properly before I had arrived! " - Anonymous

Shower & hooks on bathroom door too high for short people!
