Silvershore is centrally located on Queensland''s Gold Coast on the shoreline of the famous Broadwater, approximately 200 metres north of the Gold Coast Highway. This nine level building has one bedroom plus study, two bedroom and two bedroom plus study apartments. Apartments are equipped with stainless steel appliances and ducted personal control air conditioning. A 25 metre lap/recreational pool, sauna and spa, poolside BBQs, a large entertainment terrace and landscaped gardens. A myriad of recreational options await, the local area offers a choice of chic restaurants and cafes, a cosmopolitan social scene just a leisurely stroll away, whilst Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre, Southport and the Southport CBD are also nearby. Enjoy the walking and cycling tracks along the Broadwater or simply choose to stroll along the sand. A popular pastime for families is to play on the sand along the Broadwater away from the surf beaches.

Getting there:Travelling from the north, follow the Pacific Highway and exit at Gold Coast Highway (Hwy 2). Follow Gold Coast Highway / Brisbane Road to Brighton Street, turn left. Travelling from the south, follow the Gold Coast Highway / Marine Parade, turn left at Brisbane Road, turn immediately right into Brighton Street.
Check-in Procedure:Access the front entrance via the rear of Silvershore at 21 Brighton Street. Reception Desk is situated in the main foyer. After hours arrivals, follow the prompts on the signage at the front entrance. A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL BE REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL TO GUARANTEE ANY INCIDENTAL CHARGES OR APARTMENT DAMAGE - $200 PRE AUTHORISATION WILL BE HELD AGAINST THAT CARD. LATE ARRIVALS (AFTER 05.00PM) MUST PHONE SILVERSHORE APARTMENTS TO PROVIDE CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
Car parking:One car parking space per apartment and is complimentary. The car park is situated in the basement level of the complex.
Child Policy:A person is considered to be a child up to 12yrs of age (inclusive).
From check in to leaving the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful
The apartment was beautiful, very modern and minimalistic. Had everything you need. Small kitchen with pots, pans, plates, utensils, cutlery etc. Television with cable tv. The only let down was the location. To go anywhere, you pretty much had to drive. There are a few nice restaurants in the area though. We also thought we were much closer to Surfer's Paradise but we were a 15 min drive away. We must have misread the location details when booking. Trying to find the driveway into the complex was confusing too. The entrance is actually at the back of the building. I would recommend this place to families or people who are staying long term.

We had a lovely 7 nights at the Silvershore in September 2010. The appartment was just like the website pics - very light and fresh and modern. The place is only a couple of years old so everything is still like new. We were upgraded to an oceanview one bedroom + study which had an amazing view. The area is quieter than where we usually stay at Broadbeach which was a nice change for us. There are a good number of restaurants within walking distance and Harbour Town is a few minutes away. We had our adult son come to stay for a few nights and a roller bed was bought to our apartment and the study can be fully closed off to make an additional bedroom which was a real bonus as otherwise He would have been in the lounge. The pool is beautiful and approx 25metres long so great for excercise. There are 2 barbecue areas and a gym which is tucked nicely away for privacy. We found the staff very helpful and friendly and would definately come back again.
Great relaxing place to stay - plenty of room in the apartment itself, and with plenty of outdoor areas to chose from (pool, two bbq areas and gardens). Right on the broadwater and several cafes/shops only 5-10 minutes walk away. Secure carpark a bonus.
