Silverton Apartments is a 3.5 - 4 star fully self-contained holiday destination. Offering full resort facilities with heated pool all year round. Perfectly located beside the main river with gorgeous views for families and couples for a short break or long stay. Silverton offers guests a pontoon which is great for fishing, and boat access and special occassions . Only 800mtrs to Centro Mall- centre of Surfers Paradise, 1.2km to Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach & Casino(2 mins by car). Turf Club only 3km, Tourist Busstop directly opposite the resort to all the Titans Home Games at Skill Park, or Carrara Stadium for the AFL. Only 200 metre walk to safety of patrolled surf beach.

Getting there:Shuttle buses from all airports or taxis. Gold Coast Airport(Coolangatta) 30mins OR Brisbane Airport 1hour 15mins, train Connect is an easy transportation option directly from the Airport. Easy access from all destinations. Please call or email the resort if you would like them to orgainse your transfers, or give you a quote. Flight Details and arrival departure times are required for bookings to be made. Please notify resort of your approx arrival time, if making your own way to the resort. We are happy for guests to arrive from 8.00am in the morning, and leave your bags at reception until your apartment is ready. You can enjoy the facilities, or go off for breakfast or lunch directly across the road at the local shops.
Check-in Procedure:RECEPTION HOURS: Mon to Fri 0800 to 1700 Sat 0800 to 1230 Sun 0830 to 1030 Guests arriving outside reception hours MUST MAKE CONTACT with the resort by phone or email ONLY if arriving after hours so the resort can provide information for arrivals outside reception hours. A callout fee of $50.00 will be incurred if the guests do not call or email in advance. Guests are more than welcome to arrive from 8.00am in the morning and leave their bags at reception unitl the apartment is ready.
Car parking:1 Underground Security car space per apartment, max height 1.8m. Additional parking can be organised for $10 per night.
Child Policy:A person aged 12 (inclusive) is considered to be a child.
Apart from the ashtray left filled with cigarette butts on the balcony it was good. In terms of value for money it was great. Enjoyed the facilities..would stay there again.
excellent customer service very friendly...they even moved us from the 7th floor to the 12th floor upon hearing it was our honeymoon...the price was good for the 3 nights we stayed. there was a convenience store and resturants across the road and within 10min walking distance to cavill street and 5min by car to casino. it was very secure only those with a key had entry to the floors and garage. we enjoyed our time there

The apartment: All 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments from ground level – 15th level have undisturbed direct main river and hinterland views, with large private balconies. Southern and Northern End apartments offer ocean views as well from the 6th floor upwards as these apartments have 180 degree views and large private wrap around balconies. Silverton is on a sloping block so every apartment has a view and is elevated above the ground, even ground level.
Was beautiful looking out over the river and pool area. Good location. The games room was a bit of a let down and the sauna wasnt working but the pool and spa were great. I would still definately stay there again.
The apartment we stayed in was excellent . The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the traffic noise as our apartment faced the Gold Coast Highway. Iwould stay there again but i would make sure i had a room on the river side
Great location, great views, pleasant and helpfull staff, all is well above higher priced places (e.g. in Broadbeach).

Magic! Great apartment, spacious with great balcony and awesome views. Wonderful facilities like pool, sauna, games room and gym. One block from beach and on river's edge; and very friendly and helpful on-site managers. Great value for money too!
We mostly enjoyed our stay at the Silverton - the reception staff were so nice and really helpful. Overall the facilities were great, the location was awesome and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
We will definately be staying there next time we are in Surfers Paradise.
The bathroom got very hot. It would have been good if there was some kind of fan in there. Otherwise is was the best hotel ive stayed in!! Thank you!

The location of the apartment is quite close to the beach and cavill ave, ad has a magnificent view over Nereng river. I suggest that the apartment should provide basic room facilities such as toilet paper, washing detergent and powder, it is even better to have some kitchen food flavor ingredients.

You couldn't ask for a much better location that this! It is in the middle of everything. It is definitely well priced for what you get and the apartments are very nice! This is ideal for those whom are on holiday but want their own privacy.
Excellent spacious apartment with wrap around deck and stunning views, local shops for every need - great pizza. Bus service meant getting around was very easy only steps to the stop. Swimming pool was warm and spa wonderful (visited in winter)
