We chose the hotel based on Lonely Planet's recommendation. It's clean, the room is very nice. However, the hotel's location is not very good as there are almost nothing interestng in the surroundings. In terms of pricing, it was above average of Phuket Town, but from outside, the hotel seemed to be in a much better condition than any other.
Wonderful hotel... Very clean.. a lot of facilities...Internet free..dvd free..check out 14 pm free... the staff very helpful..not far from the center. The room on the other side of the street are very quiet.. I recommend

Sino suites in providing bedroom and living room with the lounge room sofa/couch optional as an extra bed. All suites are delightfully appealing and comfortable in what is renowned to be the best rooms in the house.
Lovely big room. Nice shower and great staff. Breakfast was also good.
The hotel exterior looks old from the outside. but inside is artistic and vintage. The room interior looks big, new, minimalist design and very clean. They have a limited support staff (other than receptionist), no bell boy, but if you ever stayed in some hotel in Europe, I believe, you won't feel this as a disadvantage Overall, I'm quite happy staying there.
Nice small hotel located close in the city. Free wifi internet connection. But breakfast is a bit dissapointing.
the hotel was quiet and away from the market yet not far to wallk. the staff friendly and helpful. my one critism is that the bed although big and looked great was a bit hard. the pillows were great. i would stay there again. has the raintree spa next door which gives 50% discount for hotel guests fantastic. going again.
staff very friendly - room clean - shower and WC clean - beautiful lobby with lots of character - appropriate price of about GBP30.00. WARNING: only book if you planning to stay in phuket town (for whatever reason). if you want to be close to patong beach and all the action avoid sino house otherwise you will end up paying around THB400.00 for each one-way journey to the beach.
Staff at the counter were very helpful, and spoke v.good english - helped with reservations and directions!! Central location, with easy access to the bus terminal, and pier. Perfect for a quick stop over.
