"This was an affordable and quaint hotel located about 5 mins walk to the Opera House and straight across the road from the Botanical Gardens.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was fantastic.

"We had a wonderful stay and a fantastic room with great views. We found the hotel staff were generally very efficient and courteous although at times the reception staff seemed a bit aloof. We drank 3 times in the bar and found the bar attendants to be exceptionally slow and we had a meal in house one night and one of the meals was inedible, the meat was very tough and the steak of the other meal was cooked perfectly in parts and raw in others, we would not dine there again.
