Located in the heart of St Kilda, this 4 star boutique accommodation consists of 12 fully self contained STUDIO apartments. Built in the 1860s, this Georgian Mansion still preserves its original character and has been designed for those who prefer to stay in apartment living rather than hotel style. You will enjoy the high level of privacy and also the self check in system that saves you time and is excellent for late arrivals. Each apartment contains a kitchenette with all cooking facilities, full HD flat screen TV, DVD player, FREE Broadband Internet, heating and cooling, ironing equipment, workstation, separate modern ensuite with porcelain tiles and a guest laundry on site. Each apartment has been individually designed and are all unique. Balconies and indoor conservatories are available for several of the apartments. All apartments have a queen size bed however you can contact management to check availability of a sofa couch for a third person. Rates do apply. Please note that rooms are serviced every third day however, should you require additional servicing there is a charge of $50 per day With only a ten minute ride to the city by car, and only 2 mins walk to public transport, you will find everything you need within close proximity. St Kilda Road and the beach are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments..

Car parking:Parking is available on the street along Grey Street also secure undercover parking is available approx 4 mins walk from the property at a cost of $14 overnight.

Lovely big comfortable room with all facilities required.Loved the little reading room on the landing- my husband could sleep whilst I could have a read without disturbing him.So convenient to where we were going to attend our son's wedding reception.Very pleasant person I dealt with re checkin procedure.Would heartily recommend the accomodation for location,comfort & price.

The apartment itself was quite nice, secure and close to trams and other places of interest. Location-wise there were several prostitutes hanging out on Grey St during our stay and a couple of drunken idiots throwing glass bottles to and from a second storey windows.

A very nice small apartment, located a short walk to the tram stop and restaurants, in St.kilda. Modern and clean. Convenient self check in and check out, and easily allowed early and late check in/out.

No answer to either phone number on Sunday morning, or any place to store bags for a few hours.
Was long weekend and alot of accom was booked - this was not our first choice but a good standard with kitchen and location very handy. Parking permit was definately appreciated - THANKS
Room with stairs should have been explained as option at time of booking.I had difficulty in getting my suitcase up stairs as I have an injury to my elbow. Late arrivals would have no chance of asking for assistance. Shower door did not close, bathroom sink had mould growing around plug-whole. otherwise found location great, price good and general cleanliness 1st class.

Excellent self-contained apartment for a short stay. Nice and close to Fitzroy Street in St Kilda (walking distance). I would certainly stay there again.
very happy with my choice of this apartment instead of a hotel. good sized room with nice bathroom and balcony, kitchen facilities, in great location, and great value. will definitely come back
This place was excellent. Great value, pleasant decor and the marble bathroom with bath and shower was brilliant. Location was excellent with only 5 mins walk to the St Kilda Light Rail Station. Friendly staff. Loved the reverse cycle airconditioning/heating.
ST Kilda beach wonderful, go to cold rock Ackland st for icecream and Ackland street for cake shops. Security excellent at 62 on Grey only problem felt a little apprehensive when out at night and alone as prostitutes on Grey ST
