"Excellent pick up service from Incheon, even when arriving late (01.00). The hotel is about a 10 min drive from the airport, located in a small "village" called Airport City, 10km(?) from Incheon. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are nice, clean, very well maintained. If you're transiting and need a place for the night, and don't want to pop for $250 for the Hyatt, this is a fine alternative. Reminder: last hotel shuttle back to the airport leaves the hotel at noon. " - Anonymous
"A functional hotel for a overnight stop. Rooms clean, bed comfy. Unfortunately the reception staff need further training in the charging of credit cards. It took 3 attempts to get the charge correct and I was called down for my room to finally sort it out.
The staff were genuinely sorry and I was a bit tired.
