"We will never stay at this hotel again. The beds was very dirty. They did not change the towels even if they where dirty. Next time we take a hotel in London. "If any of the staff is reading this review, l'll advice that they should make the passage or entrance to the hotel more appealing by removing the matteress left in the hallway.

"Little bit surprised that this is a three star hotel, would rate it lower, the staff were extremely good and friendly which saved the situation. If you go expecting the basics you wont be disappointed, there's a bus service to the airport that passes regularly right outside the hotel. For elderly or people with difficulties request a ground floor room as there is no lift available. " - Anonymous
