"i paid a little xtra and booked an executive suite for my partners birthday, the view from the room was excellant but there was a loud banging noise coming from above, which was louder when you were in the bathroom the picture on the tv was terrible and the room was cold. we went out for are meal and arrived back about 10.30pm the room was still cold and the noise stopped 5mins after we had arrived back. i foned reception to say the room was cold and they sent someone up straight away. it ended up the radiator wasnt on. to me i should not have to turn a radiator on in a £200 a night room. we were moved to a more modern room down the hall 20mins later which was lovely and warm. it was a lovely hotel but i was disappointed as it was a birthday treat for my partner." - Amanda shaw

"Excellent hotel, amazing views, facilities top rate, modern, ocean views, expensive but worth it - if it didn't rain so much in Ireland... food, staff excellent - original room was overlooked but managed to get it changed after hissy fit... new West wing, excellent modern sapcious rooms, opulent, large bathroom separate bath/ shower, huge comfy bed, flat screen TV.. stayed in bed all weekedn bewteen walks along beach out front and dinners..." - Anonymous
