Have stayed here before. Good standard of the rooms. A 10 min way to walk to Sukhumvit Rd. There is no restaurang on the hotel, but they are just a short distance away.

First, the hotel is small but nice. They supplied fresh fruits everyday. And the people are really nice and helpful. I was charged $37 per night including all taxes. In exchange I got a room on the fifth floor which there is not elevator excess. I knew this ahead of time so I wasn't suprised. I picked this hotel because it was only 0.1 kilo away from the train station. 0.1 km was actually further that I expected, but it wasn't a bad walk. First, if you stay there bring you own washcloth. they don't supply one and don't know what you mean if you ask. Next, bring your own soap. They have a soap dispenser even in the shower as if were in a public restroom. The soap that comes out is horrible. I am not sure what you are suppose to clean with watered down dish detergent. Its a good thing that I brought my own. The one thing that I am picky about is the bathrooms. The shower hasn't had a good cleaning in a while. There is a line of dirt and mold next to the glass door.

From the location map, Smart Suites is near to the main road and Nana BTS. In fact, it is INCORRECT, the hotel is 10 mins walk to the end of Sol 11. The room is small, wall have stain and the room 04-01 I stayed in, the toilet ceiling drips when it rains. However, the hotel manager, Joseph, is very friendly. I don't think I will stay again in this hotel.

Located not 5 but 15 minutes walk from SkyTrain Nana station. Location in the map which you can see on this page is not correct, hotel is located above, closer to the rive, almost in the end of Sukhumvit 11.

Nice, medium sized hotel. Rooms are reasonably new and in good shape. Decor is 4 star. Staff does not speak English well, is not terrably helpful or knowledgable. Hotel says they are right on Sukhumvit Road, but they are a good 10-15 minutes walk away. You will quicly tire of the long walk. During the day there are motorcycle taxi or other taxies out front but at night it is more difficult. It is also a bit hard to find the first time, tough it is on Soi 11 as they say, it is in the distant part.

If this hotel had room service and a gym, it would be the best value for money in Bangkok.

Had a small room but everything was new and clean. Free WIFI in room was very good as were the tv channels. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels but never in one that had a choice of tv channels like this. Decent power shower also. Would stay again for same price.

Certainly a 3 Star Hotel, not a 3.5 Star, but a goood 3 Star none the less. Great to have internet access in the rooms but no pool, no sun deck & no restaurants / cafe / room service must mean a 3 Star & no higher. Small rooms, very small & a good 10 minute walk from Nana BTS Station.

The staff are very friendly, especially mr Joseph who also can speak mandarin which really helps a lot, room is rather small on 2nd floor but it is very clean and tidy, location is a bit too far from the main road (if walking), basically a nice hotel to stay.
