"The food at Smugglers was terrible and over-priced. The kitchen service was extremely slow, and the kitchen/restaurant staff were quite unproffesional. There was no hot water in the room, and they also added on extra surcharges for house-keeping that was not mentioned beforehand, even for the most expensive rooms. The staff in general had no idea what they were doing and were very unhelpful, except for Ase at the tours desk, who was a pleasure to speak with and provided helpful information." - Anonymous
"Nice clean hotel right on the beach of Nadi Bay Fiji, located behind the Nadi International Airport. Nice friendly & helpful staff. About 20min from Nadi Town and 35min from Denerau Island (where the Hard Rock Cafe is) will definately visit again. Also is about 45min from Lautoka the next major town not as expensive as Nadi and is also not far from Fiji's First Village." - Kane Satui
