"Our stay at the Sofitel hotel was short but very comfortable. The view from our room was wonderful and the service was impeccable. I was unfortunately disappointed as we had just arrived at the hotel after a long flight expecting to have a good meal and was told by the waiter that the restaurant would be closing in a half hour and that they couldn't serve us. "On the whole my stay hotel was a pleasant one, except for the problem of being charge for 2 days of internet charges while only using for one day as they said that I had log-in on an hour basis instead of daily.
The hotel should have charge me 1 day as the total hour I log-in on records shows only 8 hours or less. As the result was due to them telling me that the procedure of logging in is the same for cable as wireless which is not so." - Anonymous
