"Initially I was impressed with the reception who turned out to be the duty manager. However the professionalism in the hotel declined from this high point. In many cases I could see that people had training and were trying to follow up. However, there was considerable room for improvement. Perhaps the most annoying moment though was when we returned to our room at 2 am on the final night to discover a note pushed under the floor informing us that our checkout time would be 11am the next morning. My partner was livid... Lousy customer relations, price gouging and the closure of the club on a Sunday night would be just some of the criticisms that I would level. In the case of the club I would suggest that it would be as popular withour the resident band as with. Very badly managed place and a couple of casual conversation with other guests revealed that we were not the only people who had complaints to report. Its a shame really. "Beautiful hotel in fantastic suroundings, one of the few on the beach and also near the main nightspots. Amazing buffet breakfast and lovely room. But you pay 5 star prices of course!!!" - Paul Wyatt
