Sofitel Saigon Plaza

This hotel stands up to it's 5 star rating. It's very well kept, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I'll will recommend this hotel to my friends. I booked a room without breakfast online. During check-in the staff was very kind to recommend a breakfast upgrade to 22USD for both breakfast and club priviledges. It was very worth it.

Very good hotel with staff generally very good. Location a bit out of the way but everything easy to get to by taxi.

Arrived Late at 9pm, no problems, room perfectly clean and a good size, staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very good, but watch the omoletes at breakfast they need to cook more. overall the stay was great, would highly recomend.

Good hotel, location not too bad but VERY disappointed that Breakfast was not included in the rate and was charged at $13 per person. Given the Standard of food and service (they were rearranging the furniture for the afternoon sitting around us with 30 mins of the breakfast sitting still remaining) this was unacceptable.

Sofitel Plaza Saigon adds personal touch to our stay, how many hotels have the Concierge himself receiving you from the porch and walking you around till you find the right room to your taste? The night time service of turning our beds down just blew me away! Excellent food range for room-service. Will for sure opt for this hotel again if ever a chance to visit Ho Chi Minh for a second time.
