"I was very impressed with this hostal. It is right outside the sol gate, an excellent spot for exploring the city. The front desk staff are very knowledgable and really friendly. They also speak English quite well. This hostal was very clean, much cleaner than many other places I've stayed. We had a triple room and there was plenty of space. Hotel description:    Our Hostel has 11 rooms, all of them outside.
Next to Puerta del Sol and the Mosque, in the real heart of Toledo old town and with modern and charming facilities, within a family atmosphere.

Placed close to the Exhibition Centre.

Totally renewed and equipped late 2005.

Non smoking policy.
Front Desk opening time: 08:00 to 23:00.

Getting there: By Car:
From Madrid (A42 / AP41):
- Take 1st exit towards the City Centre.
- Proceed along a long avenue.
- When the city walls become visible, you should start to see the 1st signs for the Hotel Sol.

From Andalucia (A4) / Valencia (A3) / Cuenca (N400):
- Follow signs to City Centre.
- After crossing the new Alcantara bridge, there is a roundabout.
- Keep on straight and you will begin to see signs to the Hotel.

By Train:
Connections Toledo- Madrid ( Atocha Station ) : AVE train, takes 25 minutes.
Toledo railway station is located to only 1 km of the historical centre. It has a frequent bus service to the centre (nº 5 and 6, stops in “Puerta de Bisagra”).
Taxis rank just outside.

By Bus:
Connections Toledo- Madrid ( Estación Sur- Méndez Álvaro Station; Company : Continental Auto) : Bus takes 1 hour.
The bus-station is located to only 5 minutes walking of the Hotel.
