"Contrary to some postings, our room was clean and after a few minutes airing, did not smell. Corridors smelt, but so did other hotel corridors we experienced in Portugal. Don’t know why. Kitchen is useful but we didn’t try to cook – no cleaning materials available. BYO tea and coffee. Only drawback we noticed was location. 20 minutes easy walk downhill to town and beach. Would not suggest walking back on a hot day but taxis easy to get: 4 to 5 Euros. Hotel staff cheerfully answered several questions about local geography and transport and somehow got every answer wrong. Warning: according to staff nearest laundry is in Lagoa, a bus ride away." - Anonymous
"Hotel needs to be renovated in order to ensure 4 star category. Nevertheless this is a nice hotel on a hill under small town resort Carvoeiro with big rooms and friendly staff. In beginining of October we paid 30-40 EUR for a double room per night what was a good deal. Great location for those who are willing to explore nearby beaches by car." - Anonymous

The Aparthotel Solférias is located 1Km from the beach and from one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve - Carvoeiro.
The quaint Carvoeiro Town with an excellent climate and surrounded by beautiful landscapes, is located in a valley, with its white houses contrasting with the blue sea and sky of the region.
This 4 star unit has all the facilities our guests need to enjoy a relaxed stay, with your family or group of friends.

In Summer the Hotel offers private transport, operating the Solférias/ Carvoeiro Beach and Paraíso Beach/ Solférias route, 3 times a day, from Monday to Friday.

The Solférias Hotel has a special kindergarten area, with educational games and cartoon films, where children will feel in their own environment. A small playground will also delight our youngest guests.

Follow the A22 Motorway until the LAGOA exit, then follow directions for CARVOEIRO. After approximately 5Km you will find the CEPSA petrol station; turn left 300 metres after CEPSA, without entering the Carvoeiro Town. Then go up about 500 metres of a slope to find the Solférias Apartment Hotel on your left. |
