Townhouse Apartments
The Townhouse Apartments are our largest rooms, available in 2 floor plans consisting of 2 or 3 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom Townhouse Apartments are 2 storey and have full sized lounge and dining rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, along with a second bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a large bathroom with full-sized bath.
The 3 bedroom Townhouse Apartments are all on one floor and have the same facilities as the 2 bedroom with the addition of an extra single bedroom.
All of the Townhouse Apartments include a sofa-bed in the lounge so they can accommodate a large family in comfort. They are completely self-contained making them ideal for extended stays for business or leisure.
All Townhouse Apartments are serviced daily.

Studio Apartment
The studio apartments are bright, modern and spacious, newly renovated rooms.
The studio apartments are non-smoking consisting of a lounge with television and video player and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare anything from a piece of toast to a gourmet meal. (Though why would you want to when you can order room service from our restaurant).
A second TV is provided in the large separate bedroom. Both suites feature a modern bathroom with full-sized bath, while the King suite also comes with a washing machine and dryer.The suites also have a single bed or a divan so three people can be accommodated very comfortably.
The studio apartments are ideal for romantic getaways and for those wanting comfortable and stylish accommodation. It is also perfect for business purposes to conduct informal meetings in the rooms or to connect your lap-top and keep up to date with what is happening back at the office.

The Sombrero Motor Inn, is a family operated motel, which takes pride in making its customers feel special from the moment they arrive. Our staff are trained to assist you with any enquiry that would make your stay more comfortable. The Sombrero Motor Inn is rated by the RAA as a four star establishment. We have also undergone a stringent process, successfully meeting the criteria to become recognised by the Australian Tourism Accreditation Association. We have a fully licensed restaurant, which has a changeable menu and enables us to bring to you fresh foods that are compatible with the seasons. Even if you choose to eat in we can do room service. We also offer cooked breakfast in our restaurant every day of the week. A short walk across from reception, we have a sauna, heated spa and swimming pool which is semi enclosed to enable you to enjoy it any season.
Our suites are designed to make you feel comfortable, they have queen size beds, ensuites, airconditioning/heating, direct dial telephones, data facilities and colour televisions. We have fully furnished 2 or 3 bedroom Townhouse Apartments. They have a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and separate lounge. All our apartments have ducted airconditioning, their own laundry facilities, it's like a home away from home.
We are located 6kms out of the city and in walking distance to a regional shopping precedent. We are on direct route by public transport to the city.

By Car - Located on corner of Main North and Regency roads. Travelling in a northern direction we are located on the left. Travelling in a southern direction we are located on the right.
Entry is via Vaughan Street.
By Plane - It takes about 15 - 25 mins to get to the airport from the property, a Taxi will cost approx $25.00. If the taxi driver does not take you directly through the city, do not worry as they make take you the more direct route which is down South Road to Regency Road.

The Sombrero Motor Inn provides secure off street parking. We have electronic gates that close at night however they can be opened by reception at anytime to let you in or out.
At the Sombrero Motor Inn we provide an after hours controlled entry/exit system which is operated by our 24 hour reception. This service is provided for your peace of mind. |
