"It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience in this hotel. Although I used it as a business hotel, it is also a good hotel to use for a family getaway. The kitchen is quite complete, the toilet is clean and attractive. The room comes with a DVD player for watching those $1 movies you can buy off the streets and it has a nice supermarket downstairs. Breakfast spread was minimal though.
However there are not many sights, shopping, attractions, food joints near by. Walking to city center is about 8~10 mins. I will definitely use this hotel again." - Anonymous
"The service from the staff was excellent. They understood everything we asked for and could deliver, something we didnt encounter in most places in Vietnam. Unfortunately the breakfast at the Highland Cafe was terrible and really lets the hotel down but there is a Pho 24 across the road as an alternative though this didnt suit our young children." - Anonymous
