"From reading the reviews here we already knew to check in across the street, it is literally a 10second walk so no big deal. The desk staff were so friendly and helpful, we dealt with maybe half a dozen of them and they were all so cheerful and nice!
The room was smaller than I had imagined so it did look like there was too much furniture for the small space, but it is spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable, lovely! In our shower stall itself, the soap dish was broken and the showerhead wouldn't stay up by itself (I managed to prop it up) but the shower was heavenly; excellent water pressure and a big generous flow. Loved it. Space around the sink is a bit tiny too so us two girls both had our toilet bags on the floor underneath the sink.
The location is great and I would love to stay here my next trip to Melbourne. We stayed here 3 nights in June, paid $135 per night for a twin room. " - Anonymous

Car parking is located at Wilson's carparking, 150 Lonsdale Street. The parking charge is at a cost of $17.00 per exit or per 24 hours. It is located in between Swanston and Russell Streets. |

Children under the age of 12 using existing bedding stay free of charge. A sofa bed or an extra bed can be added to all room types, with the exclusion of Hotel style, for $50 per night including GST.Baby cots are also available,they are comlimentary and subject to availability.
