Great service. There was some complications when we first checked in. But the staff did their best to resolve the problem. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good. There was some construction work occuring at the time but this did not really affect our stay. One thing that was a little painful were that there were only 2 lifts for the complex and this made the travelling up and down a little slow as there were 30 floors.

Staff was extremely helpfull, room was spacious with everything you needed, even a washer and a dryer, big kitchen. Rooms haven been nicely decorated as well and look like they have been recently renovated.
