"Cant fault the staff but one point to mention is that some rooms look cheap on the internet the 3 and 4 bedroom apartments which are cheaper than the 2 and 1 bedroom apartments reason is that they are directly facing the road from Hell !! its noisy and the somerset has single glazed rooms which on this elevation are impossible to sleep as the noise is all night building works adjacent again are all night so the only rooms are either facing the pool or the chinese embassy and they are quite OK if you do book a 2 or 1 bed be careful they dont "upgrade you" to a 3 or 4 bed room apartment its tempting as the apartments are superb but if a light sleeper you wont sleep Lucia the customer manager is probably the best customer manager i have ever dealt with and was excellent at taking me from "im leaving" to actually staying and havng an excellent stay Gym is superb and staff are all excellent just require some double glazing and will be excellent" - jonathan sinar

"usual Somerset standard excellent a couple of points are that the apartment i was in was obviously not occupied for some time before me and the water in the taps was brown and the drains were smelling due to lack of water being run on a frequent basis the taps should be run every few days else the water in the basins will dry up basic hotel rules, also the apartment and property gym restaurant is full of mosquitos very uncomfortable at night but nothing a can of spray cant fix as the hotel didnt seem to understand oh and its impossible to make an international call due to being blocked and no means of asking could unblock apart from minor points everything else excellent " - jonathan sinar
