"Its somerset so Service and the staff are excellent however the GYM is rubbish needs to be expanded new machines would be good and a bigger room
in Manila the cost of good accomodation is very high Somerset is reasonable but they do try and sell everything else 600peso for internet for a day which you cant roll over is too highall other somersets are free internet also laundry all somersets its either do it your self for a small fee or send away in manila you have to give it to someone and they do it for you and again its expensive on check in they charge half a day as we were checking in early which i had informed them and the apartment was available but still a charge so its charge for everything in Manila unlike almost everyware else
but i will no doubt stay again here as the staff excellent and room quite nice

"Probably the best value in Makati the rooms are excellent one small problem is rooms facing Makati avenue are a bit noisy with traffic noise but the blocks to the rear no problem
The gym needs some new equipment a new bike would be great and a few more bits of equipment but for the money its an excellent apt, service is great location is also great" - jonathan sinar
