Getting there:Somerset on Elizabeth is located half an hour from the airport by shuttle bus or taxi. It is close to all forms of public transport.
Check-in Procedure:A credit card (surcharges may apply) must be presented on check in for pre-authorisation, OR a cash deposit and valid photo ID must be produced. Somerset on Elizabeth has a strict "No Party" policy.
Car parking:Valet Parking is available at $35.00 per night. Simply pull up to the front of Somerset On Elizabeth and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Child Policy:Children under the age of 12 using existing bedding stay free of charge. A sofa bed or an extra bed can be added to all room types for $50 per night including GST. Baby cots are also available, they are complimentary and subject to availability. PLEASE ADVISE UPON RESERVATION IF EXTRA BED OR COT IS REQUIRED.
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We had people over on New Years Eve and we didn't get hassled which was great.... The only downside was that the pady that got my car from the car park when I was leaving COULD NOT DRIVE!... She almost reversed into a parked car, then pulled out into on coming traffice without looking, then to top it off nearly ran over my foot!!! Oh and I was expecting a bigger outside pool... I had to select if I would recommend this hotel... I would, but volunteer to go get your car from the car park your self and save your herself a heart attack.

Was probably a little disappointing considering what we paid for a six night stay. Hotel is in an excellent position with easy access to transport,staff were very helpful and while our unit was clean and spacious furnishing was tired however the bedroom was ok
Great location. We booked a one bedroom suite and got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite free of charge. Apartment was a little tired in places, but overall comfy, spacious, and clean.
Excellent location, very good sized apartment, plenty of places close by to eat, great location for shopping. Staff were courteous, nothing else was required for our stay, comfortable, clean, crisp linen, fluffy towels, really couldnt fault our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Eric at the front desk was wonderful when we checked in- all staff were friendly. TV reception on the living area wasn't great, but we weren't there for that. Somerset on Elizabeth is close to both the Market and the city-would go back.

A pleasant surprise. Good location and plenty of space in the room. Some workers were working outside in the middle of the night that kept me up for a while but that would be a rare thing. Definately staying again.
