"Good central location with good sized room and self contained, but had to ask for a frying pan to use, our room did not have any pots or pans in the kitchen to cook anything on the stove but is meant to be self contained? Overall it was a very clean, tidy and comfortable room, very central location to all the shops and transport and easy to get around. Would consider staying there again next time - depends on price as can be costly." - Len Morellini
"The girl on reception didn't smile when we checked in. Other staff members were friendlier though. When we arrived the TV kept turning off. We had to have two people come and fiddle with it. The internet connection didn't work, so we had to have someone look at that and found out that only the second bedroom internet connection worked. There was mould in the shower recess - a bit of a put off. But my main gripe was the NOISE. We were on the highest level (10) and the street noise was terrible at night. I had to buy ear plugs for the rest of the stay. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, room size is good and decor simple but modern." - Anonymous
