"Excellent staff when we first checked in, no problems and was very professional. Our room was huge!! and clean.
The CD player didn't work and they said they would try and get a replacement. We didn't think they would, but came back later that day and there was another, which was great.
Lovely view and wasn't loud at night, although others have said they have heard noise, we didn't get any. We also got a late checkout upon our request. Perfect." - Rebecca Clancy
"Great location for access to Salamanca Place, Museum and Gallery and the waterfront. Restaurants on the Pier were good too - Fish Frenzy is excellent quality and value. Didn't try Marque iv." - Annette Gough
"The apartments are room and comfortable although not for people who have problems with stairs. The bedrooms are upstairs in a loft situation. The location on the waterfront near the CBD is excellent. The staff were friendly. Complimentary parking is available. A good bar and two reasonable restaurants on the wharf under the hotel with plenty of other eateries close-by. The rooms are not serviced on Sundays and they don't replace tolietries unless requested. I was told it is the company policy not to replace toiletries unless completely empty. " - Anonymous
