One of the best little hotels in Bangkok, with spacious rooms and well-run sports club, poot and a lovely garder attended by a full-time gardener. The Kitchen is a bit limited in its fare, which is mostly Western standard, but the Suan Plu market one block away offer many rare Asian delights. Taxi service is the very best. Staff is professional and friendly.
The restaurant has greatly improved. The quality of food and the meagre selection of items in unchanged. In many room the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor and this has not been fixed by the installation of little dams on the bathtube rim. I remains a problem. Many toilets malfunction by running all the time. These toilet mechanisms should be replaced, not just tinkered with.
Nice, clean and friendly place. But the location is a little off the shopping district (Siam and Silom). Not too easy to get a tuk tuk but very easy to get a cab if you notify the concierge. They offer a complimentary tuktuk service per hour for the first 6 pple.

Fantastic service, very efficient and beautiful settings, lovely spa and great prices, staff are very friendly and attend to all your needs, not far from Siam Paragon shopping mall and shopping areas, good location, lovely pool, great staff, good room service menu, would definitley stay here again.
The breakfasts are uninspired so I skip them and each in the soi. There are little problems, such as the drainage of the showers onto the bathroom floors that could be attended to.
Comfortable and well-furnished apartments, location is fine although there's not much within walking distance but taxis are easy to come by. Breakfast is not worth waking up for. Overall, good value for money. I'll be back.
Great hotel. We had a huge one-bedroom appartment which was excellent value for money. Would recommend.
Overall a great hotel/serviced apartment in terms of cleanliness and service. Location is nice, and close to entertainment areas. Breakfast could be improved by changing the variety of food on offer on different days.
Somerset is at least 15 minutes' walk from the nearest subway station which may be very uncomfortable in the heat. There is a half-hourly shuttle service (one way only) to the skytrain station on a first come first served basis.
This is the perfect 'home away from home' for a stay in Bangkok. All aspects of this Hotel apartment complex are superb. I have found this to be an ideal place to stay, and I have now been there three times.
Met expectations.Comfortable,clean and spacious, with all facilities.Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing of interest in the immediate area but within walking distance of Silom Shopping centre and Skyrail station; or else take the free 1/2 hrly. tuk tuk. Good buffet breakfast.

An excellent hotel, with large lovely room and balconies overlooking Sathorn Road. The restaurant is well-appointed, but the quality of the food is terrible. I skip the free breakfast and go out to eat in the Soi.
The facilities are very good and clean. Although the hotel is not far from the skytrain and underground stations, the 10-15 minute walk in the heat would be trying and a taxi-ride from the skytrain station can easily take 20 minutes in the taffic jam.

Located in a quiet enclave off busy Sathorn Road, hotel is within short walking distance to food stalls & other conveniences. Free scheduled transport to BTS, taxis also cheap and readily available. Efficient c/in but front desk staff could inject more warmth into service! Doorman ever willing to assist. Breafast good selection but sometimes slow in replenishing finished items. Apartment clean and spacious, offering a dazzling scenery of city lights at night frm balcony. Air-cond prob too strong and dusty as my 2 children developed hay-fever like symptoms. Apartment could improve on aesthetic appeal as furniture and fittings a bit dated! Would be nice to have added ammenities like washing machine/dryer, shower cap, cotton buds, bedroom slippers to make it more a home away from home! Generally good value for money, would return if price is maintained.
