Very spacious room with a proper sink to fill the kettle. Only stayed one night so didn't make use of the bath. Excellent cooked breakfast with a big bowl of fresh fruit. Close to city shops and only three blocks from the railway station
We stayed one night after a function nearby, would"ve liked to have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised to have a large room with a spa bath. Breakfast in the dining downstairs was lovely and at $18 was reasonable for a fully cooked meal plus tea coffee and juice. The only complaint was not the hotels fault but we heard two large cranes begin work outside at 7am on Sunday morning.Would stay there again.

Excellent for the business traveller. Very close to train station but heard no noise from trains etc
We were only here for 1 night (company function elsewhere) but the room was comfortable and clean and yes, very handy. There is a noisy bar at the entrance but we could not hear it from our room on the 4th floor. mind you it was 5pm on a friday night:-)
Nice quite Hotel, window facing St Georges Terrace which we thought was good, instead of some Hotels viewing a parking lot or rubbish bins. Would definately stay again, clean, pricing reasonable, we even had a spa in our room. The reception personnel staff very helpful and pleansant.
The Hotel (Apartments) were how there were stated. thats good. I had no issues at all. Location was good and a shame no direct parking was available.
Room was mediocre, shower could have been cleaner, and a few big stains on the carpets. Our Studio Executive apartment had the smallest queen size bed I've ever seen. LCD TV had ordinary reception. Location was good, very close to everything with out being extremely noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful. DO NOT order room service - absolutely terrible food! $40 for a foodvan hamburger and a bowl of lettuce they call "roast pumpkin salad". Overall it was ok, only because of the cheap price we got.
Great location to walk to the shopping malls and Kings Park. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Staying on a Sunday night meant the dining room was shut and there isnt much nearby open for a meal. Apart from that would definitely stay again.
Good clean hotel in great location to perth's cbd and attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpfull.
great location, right in the city, nice room, friendly staff
The breakfast facilities is poor. There isn't any buffet breakfast but the menu indicates there is.
As a female on my first visit to Perth, I felt safe and comfortable. The facilities although dated had charm. Location was excellent
A bit of luxury right in the center of Perth. Only a minute to the cafes and shops. Excellent. Can't wait to go back.
Very good location, had a few problems with the room initially i.e. no tv remote, air/con not working until you push the keycard in fully, phone connection was broken, so no phone, freezer compartment not working in the fridge. Bed was comfy though.
Well located, good facilities and well priced.
Quite a good hotel. Well located and nice sized rooms. Not 5 star, but very good for the price. Parking was a pain, but I would stay again.
room was well fitted and very comfortable. Staff were outstanding, extremely helpful, polite and friendly. location was very convenient, easy to find andwith in walking distance of all Perth attractions and shopping.
I stayed here because I had a 3-day course and thought the inner city location was a bonus. Parking has to be in the Convention Centre under ground parking which is walking distance. The hotel restaurant was closed and there was no room service.
Building a little tired, but really the only big problem is that the showers have no mixers. That combined with low/variable pressure water detracts from experience a bit. When you are not in the room the air con does not run at all (even in a minimal mode), so when you get back the room can start off very cold or very hot.
The professionalism and service that we received at all times was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.
