"Quality room located five minutes walk from Chitlom subway station and Central Mall. Small issues with blinds not blocking morning light very well (use eye shades), air conditioning making one side of the bed cold as it is next to it (use the blanket), but overall good. "I stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I was a little disappointed with the service because they put me in a room close to rooms they are refurbishing which makes a lot of banging noise during the day. On my second stop I ask the receptionist to put me in a better room, and she upgraded me which makes a lot of difference. Great hotel, best price for a 4-5 star, has one of the best location (2 min from Chit Lom BTS and Central Chidlom Shopping Ctr) in the city and is the middle of a quiet park area.
