Six houses are located in a 15th-century stone house, completely restored, with stonework walls and sloping roof with wooden beams. Each house measures about 50m2, with capacity for 2/4 people, a bedroom with double bed, complete bathroom with bath, dinner-living room equipped with sofa and additional beds, satellite television, central heating. Air conditioning is not needed since wall thickness keeps it always cool. Typical kitchen equipped with all facilities: refrigerator, microwave, etc. Each apartment has its own private terrace of about 40m2.
The property, which measures about 45.000m2, has almond and carob trees, a forest of big pines and evergreen oaks and a small orchard with some fruit trees. The swimming pool 6 x 10m is in the highest part of the property. Gardens and grass.

Getting there:
It is 2 km far from Petra, birthplace of Fray Junípero Serra, whose natal house and museum you can visit. It is placed on the way to the mountain and hermitage of Bonany, along a 700 m forest track on the left. The area is mountainous and has wonderful views across to the Northern and Eastern part of Mallorca. The closest sand beach is Son Serra de Marina, 20 km far away. Palma is 50 km far away. In Petra there are some shops and typical restaurants. Discos, supermarkets and leisure centres are in Can Picafort, 22 km far from Son Torrat.
