Getting there:836 to Miami Beach. Then becomes Causeway and then 5th street. Straight until Collins Avenue, make a left until 14th Street.
Check-in Procedure:A hold to cover estimated charges will be place on the credit card provided at check-in. Guest paying with cash may not have charging privileges and must pay at check in. A refundable room deposit of up to $300 per room per stay will be required at check in. We reserve the right to issue a company check after departure for the applicable refund.

I reserved my hotel months in advance and prepaid I arrived at 8pm The room I reserved with a king bed was not available. I was shown another room that was dark and gloomy at night and also in the day because it was long and narrow. The next day I was shown a much smaller room on the ground floor and opted to keep my room in the back on a higher floor because I thought it would be quieter The staff was very nice The room was clean and tidy The sink in the bathroom is under a cabinet that comes out 12inches from the wall. This makes it difficult to shave and brush your teeth without hitting the cabinet. The room was on the alley and so the garbage trucks were the alarm clock every morning at 7am I do not recommend the hotel on Sat night as the alley was also a scene of screaming arguments at 2, 3:30 and 4 AM The photos on line are deceptive regarding the charm and coziness of the rooms
Hotel is in an excellent location if you want the whole tourist experience. Staff was very nice. Rooms are alright, walls are thin. Unfortunately you can hear everything outside your door.

Convenient location right near the beach and Lincoln Road. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Great Location & Price (I got an internet sale). Made two requests from the front desk during my stay- one was done & one was not. But I was overall pretty pleased with the hotel & would stay there again if the price was reasonable.
Location was excellent. The service was mediocre. Parking is very expensive. There are several parking spaces within blocks of the hotel. You get charged extra $9 (approx) for the freebees they provide every day such as free breakfast, wifi connection & a glass of wine everyday and security box in the hotel room.
