The location of hotel is amazing, very close to shopping areas, and rooms are very clean,

nice service, reasonable price and excellent location, highly recommended to tourists

Booked two rooms, one double and one twin. Upon arrival was told no double only twin left, even though it was only 3:30pm. Hotel offered no solution, even after I offered to upgrade at my own expense.

daily plate's fruits was not given. We only received a small plate of grape on the 1st day

Good location to nearby shopping centres, less than 5 minutes walk to Times Square. Breakfast buffet good.

I stayed for 5 days, and I did not have a pleasant stay. They Hotel is conveniently located between Causeway and Waichan, and the free bus to to the convention center is a plus. Breakfast is good, and rooms are a slightly larger compared with other HK hotels of the same range. Website announce a complimentary fruit of plate and a drink every day, but when I requested they told me that there was a mistake and that they can only offer one per stay. You have wireless internet in the room, but the only way to have a decent range is to bring your computer to the front door. One night there was a big quarrel in my floor, and the hotel staff was unable to manage it.

A clean and nice hotel. accessible to public transportation. But most of the rooms are twin rooms and not so convenient to single traveller. THe hotel design and room amenities are a bit old style.

Very good breakfast - and reasonably priced if it's not included in the room price !

- A generally good hotel - Nice, clean suite. Comfy bed & pillows. - Breakfast selection was rather limited, but okay nonetheless. - Free afternoon cocktails were a pleasant surprise - The location though wasn't perfect for a good view from your window (not the fancy part of Wan Chai) - About two blocks away from Times Square, and nearest MTR

Room is very clean and they have comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located and there are eating places nearby. Will like to stay there again.

Stayed in Executive Studio room. Clean but tired furnishings and carpets. Great with extra space, free internet and breakfast and access to lounge. Hotel in excellent location. Service friendly and excellent - allowed early check in (9am, after overnight flight from Vancouver!) and late check out.
