"The 2 rooms apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. But the front desk only open from 9:00 to 18:00 Mon to Fri and half day on Sat. So you don't expect any help from the front desk. The tennis court was not a standard one but just for kids to play around. The Suna room was always turn off and so you need to wait for an hour to make the room hot. Conclusively, it's a place I recommended if you don't care about playing tennis and using the sana room. " - Chi Fai Cheung

Spectrum Apartments is a 20 storey high rise building ideally located at Budd''s Beach, often referred to as the Gold Coast''s best kept secret! Only 5 minutes walk from the heart of Surfers Paradise, yet peaceful and quiet and retaining a tranquility unique to its position. Close to Chevron Renaissance new shopping complex where Coles, cafes, restaurants and shops are all situated and within walking distance of the night life of Surfers Paradise.
The apartments all have a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, plus another bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, you just need to bring food!
Our facilities include a lovely outdoor swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, plus showers and toilet, a large indoor heated spa pool, sauna, half size tennis court and bbq area. We can book you trips to dinner, shows, golf, cruises, theme parks, all from our friendly reception desk, and with Resident Managers available to help with all your enquires, keep your holiday stress-free! |

A shuttle bus meets all flights at Gold Coast Airport.
From Brisbane and Gold Coast Airport just follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Stay on the Gold Coast Highway into Surfers Paradise and turn into Palm Avenue just by the Bundy Jump and travel 300m to the the river, Spectrum Apartments is on the corner of Palm Avenue and River Drive. |

Our office hours are 9-5pm weekdays, and 9-12 Saturday,Closed Sunday and public holidays. Check in time is 2pm weekday, and 12 noon on weekends. If you are going to be a late arrival, please call us prior to your arrival date and ask for the code where your unit keys will be left in a locked box outside the building. |
