Featuring ensuite bathrooms with spa baths, Sky TV, VCR, CD and DVD players, internet access, full kitchens, log fires, own laundry, private courtyard, balconies and barbecue, heated pool, sauna and covered parking. Ten minutes from the airport, two minutes from the centre of Queenstown shopping, activities or a pleasant lakeside stroll to town.

Getting there:The airport is 8 kilometres from Spinnaker Bay. From the Frankton village roundabout proceed along the lake (Highway 6A) to Queenstown for 5 kilometres. You will come to a long criss cross wooden fence and we are located on the left hand side of the highway about 50 metres passed the end of this fence. We are signposted but the trees obscure the sign until you are almost at our entrance.
Check-in Procedure:Check in should be completed before 6pm. If guests are going to arrive later than this they should contact the hotel to make arrangements.
Car parking:We have Free covered car parking for each apartment. Camper Vans and high roofed vehicles may have to park in areas specified by management at check in time.
Child Policy:We do supply free baby cots with bed linen and highchairs on request.
Well appointed and maintained, very private apartment with lake/Remarkables views. Close to Queenstown and airport, very easy to find. Steep driveway and small garage (some units only) were very minor negatives. Great and friendly service. Stayed a week, would have liked longer.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and it offers excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. The views across Lake Wakatipu to the Remarkables mountains is stunning. It's about 15 minutes walk into town along the lake front, and a bus back(if you are too lazy to walk up a bit of a slope) drops you near the top of the steep driveway. Very spacious and comfortable, and Queenstown itself is delightful at any time of year.
What a fantastic place to stay. Great views, centrally located and the facilities were excellent. Definately look at staying there again.
