Getting there:Splendido Resort Apartments are located on the south side, corner of Seashell Ave and the Gold Coast Highway, just before Nobby's Beach. Bus stop 54A is right outside our front gates.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 10.00am. Office hours are 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri, 9am - 12 noon Sat & Sun. Guests to contact Reception during office hours for after hours arrival procedure.
Car parking:Secure underground parking off Seashell Ave entrance.
Child Policy:Children and Extra Guests (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel) Maximum 6 people per unit. Children 18 years & under must be accompanied by an adult. Rollaway bed & linen $30 per night. Port-a-cot (including linen) $25 per stay.
Very helpful on arrival, had everything we required, most importantly bedding was very comfortable not too hard and not too soft of a Mattress. Lounge suite was also very comfortable to sit on not like some venues again, plastic/foam/rought iron, not our cup of tea!! Would definately stay there again. Not to mention we were given a discount voucher for our next stay!
Enjoyed being in a low level apartment building rather than a high rise. It was so close to the beach and our favourite fish and chip shop in QLD so it was great. Service was wonderful and very friendly. The boys loved the pool and we would definitely stay there again if we return to the Gold Coast.

Excellent family accomodation with all immenitied that we needed. For a visit with transport the proximity to attractions is great with the added advantage of secure parking. Very highly recommend and would visit again.
Two tea towels would be a good idea.Extra towels would also be helpfull.Really very good,and a nice apartment to stay in. Very little traffic noise, considering we are not used to it. Thanks, Would stay again!

The apartment was very comfortable and weel equipped. It was close to the beach - good for the morning walk and swim. But most importantly the service was great - the recpetion staff went out of their way to be helpful and were unfailingly friendly.

Very pleased with the modern, spacious, clean, accommodation plus great location. Most importantly the friendliness I received when I arrived makes up for lack of other luxuries ie. hairdrier, extra milk and coffee, biscuits, complimentary toiletries. Although these little things are some of my favourite things when I stay in an appartment, the fact that the lady that greeted me was so lovely they were easily overlooked. Also if I had of asked I am sure she would have been happy to help in anyway. Will consider staying here again next time.

I have stayed at this location twice and on both occasions, the rooms have been clean, tidy and very presentable. The apartments are roomy and modern. The beds are comfortable and off street parking is cool too. Only problem I had was with the swimming pool and spa being in the centre of the complex. If you want a sleep in, the noise from the pool with kids yelling etc... is a bit annoying. Also, the bedrooms have vertical blinds, but they by no means block out the light so you are either forced to wake up by noise or by light if you are a light sleeper. Although the location is 10-15 mins drive from surfers, its ideal in that its a 3 minute walk to the beach and although its off the gold coast highway, the traffic noise is limited. Overall I would give it 7.5/10. I always booked on this website and found the rates excellent.

We loved the apartment, it made our stay on the Gold Coast very enjoyable, having such a great place to go home to at the end of the day. It was safe and secure, and we would love to stay again at such a great rate.
