Splendido Resort Apartments are all 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully self contained and air conditioned, spacious luxury apartments. Located in Mermaid Beach, just 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nobby's Beach Shopping Precinct which offers a range of shops for your everyday needs as well as a range of restaurants. We have a large pool area with heated spa and great family BBQ facilities.Wireless broadband connection available

Getting there:

Splendido Resort Apartments are located on the south side, corner of Seashell Ave and the Gold Coast Highway, just before Nobby's Beach. Bus stop 54A is right outside our front gates.

Check-in Procedure:

Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 10.00am.
Office hours are 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri, 9am - 12 noon Sat & Sun. Guests to contact Reception during office hours for after hours arrival procedure.

Car parking:

Secure underground parking off Seashell Ave entrance.

Child Policy:

Children and Extra Guests (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel)
Maximum 6 people per unit.
Children 18 years & under must be accompanied by an adult.
Rollaway bed & linen $30 per night.
